The 'Asklipiou Cube' building of Kalamata Mediterranean Suites, has been designed by A&K Architects, with influences from the Bauhaus movement. It was recently built (June 2024) with a modern urban minimalist design and with a special emphasis on sustainability, sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection. The apartment and the entire building "Asklipiou Cube", has all the modern comforts of the 21st century, making guests have a unique stay experience. This traditional house of about 200 years is located in the village of Poliani in Messinia at a height of 680 meters in the embrace of Taygetos. The village is surrounded by verdant mountain peaks as it stretches through a fertile plain full of apple trees,walnuts and grains that cross it by two rivers. Historically, Poliani has recorded up to this day more than 45 Byzantine temples while the church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary survives from the Byzantine period with remarkable frescoes of the 12th century.
