It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

The design of the bathroom is minimalistic but underlined with warm colors and large tiles. You can also spend time on the balcony which is a part of the shared spaces.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).

Welcome to this luxurious, cozy and modern apartment situated near Vyšehrad castle and Vltava river and just 10 minutes from National theatre and Charles bridge by public transport. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (with elevator). Sinice the beginning of 2022, I it has been in Prague mandatory local stay fee of 50 CZK/day/person - it will be charged at the property

Living next to a forest

The nice simple appartment with separated entrance from a street - contents from main room, bathroom and hall. There is no kitchen, only kettle and mini fridge and some dishes for breakfast and snack. Appartment is opposite to the beautiful largest forest in the Prague. In front of the house is small zen-like garden and small zen-like garden is also on the opposite side.
