My place is just a few metres (40-50) from a small "private" beach, and very close to other beaches, just a 5-10 min. drive and you reached Porto Koundouros or Poises beach. From almost every aspect of the house you get great views to Aegean sea. You’ll love my place because of the light, the coziness, the view, the feeling of peace and tranquility it offers. It is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

The villa's exterior is constructed from local stone, showcasing a modern regional design. The spacious terrace features comfortable lounging areas and umbrellas, overlooking the shared swimming pool. Large windows reflect abundant natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere.
