Holiday rentals with a patio in Koukaki, Athens

Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent view of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place to visit Athens!

The place was clean and comfortable. The host and staff, such as cleaning personnel, we met before and after our stay were very nice and professional. I would recomend you stay there. The kitchen is operational so you can shop for materials and cook. If you are looking for a lively area this neighborhood is not. But, the metro is 10 a minute walk and the tram is literally outside the appartment and a taxi to visit somewhere in the city is about 10 euro max. So yes rent it.

The apartment was perfect, exactly as described, but what stood out was how helpful and accommodating Nikolaos and in particular Christos were. We were able to maximise our short time in Athens thanks to their assistance, and Christos’ love for his country is infectious! We can’t thank him enough. Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice and clean apartment in the very best location. Unfortunately, the street outside is a bit noisy but with earplugs at night you don't hear anything. We'd come back!

This is a fabulous apartment in a really interesting, peaceful but also vibing suburb within easy walking of the centre and the Acropolis. Lovely and clean, with all the amenities that you would need, plus a great, large balcony. A perfect base to explore the wonders of Athens - we highly recommend.

This place was simply perfect! Athan was extremely helpful, friendly and proactive in resolving when I had a query. The apartment is centrally located, walkable, nice restaurants and bakeries around, and has the most beautiful spacious balcony. I hope to be back here!

Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for everything we needed with a good mood. Everyone who provided services at the accommodation was helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

Perfect Airbnb to visit Athens

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Clara was sweet and welcoming. He waited patiently for us, even though we were a little late. She had prepared a little welcome drink for us. The house had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but very communicative with buses, trams and metro. It was easy and quick to get to the center, main attractions and beaches. There were shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we didn't miss anything.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Description and photos accurate. Very clean and nice. Has washing machine outside and area to hang dry clothing. Loved the outdoor space. Only complaint (which are at no fault of the host) is if you have neighbors in the Airbnb Nextdoor, you may hear them. Only other fyi for other guests is that we had x2 full sized luggage and x2 travel backpacks, and since the space was small it was hard to move around with open luggage, but that is our fault for not thinking about that and wasn’t much of an issue for us since we didn’t spend much time in the apartment except for sleeping. Just things to consider! Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Host was also kind, and responsive. Apartment is very close to the metro station and only a couple stops away from tourist attractions. Safe, and quiet area. Lots of nice coffee places and a pharmacy around the corner. Thank you!

Fabulous stay for 3 couples. Amazing views, walkable to everything, awesome back porch for late night drinks. GREAT host!

The absolute best location and view in Athens!

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

What excited me the most was that the apartment was clean. We'll definitely go again. Also, the host is very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!! I recommend it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect- feels safe, is walkable to the major sights, and also has tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. The unit was very clean (including the hot tub) and there was an AC unit in every room and was very strong, which was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

I had a great stay in this apartment in Athens! The location is perfect: in the city centre, close to the Metaxourghio metro, while being very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is bright, very well decorated, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped. Everything is designed for comfort, including the very comfortable bed and electric shutters for a restful sleep. Special mention to Kostis, who was exceptionally kind: responsive, attentive and really concerned about our well-being. You can feel that the accommodation is maintained with care and love. I recommend it without hesitation, and I will be happy to come back on my next visit to Athens!

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
