It has easy access to a free public parking space (250m away),a bus stop with connection to the most famous beaches of the island (300m).In a distance not more than 10mins walk, you can find the Old Town and the coastal area where restaurants,café & night clubs are.

The harbor, the beach and two public parking lots are also very close to the apartment.

Shops, restaurants, bars, and clubs are within walking distance, yet the area is very quiet and calm!

Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.
