This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

Luxuriously furnished studio with parking, 5 minutes walk from the boulevard, Nollenbos, beach and restaurants. The studio is very well insulated, has floor heating and floor cooling on exceptionally hot days. A wonderfully quiet environment to relax, cycle, hike or just read a nice book. Our luxury guesthouse is located 5 minutes by bike from the historic center of Middelburg. It is located in a separate part of our barn house and has its own entrance and free parking on private property. The bright cozy space and the wide view over the countryside will make your stay very pleasant. Middelburg with its historic center and the many beaches of Zeeland make your vacation complete.

Our cozy vacation home has been open since April 2018 and is located in the middle of the village of Koudekerke. The beach and the cities of Middelburg and Vlissingen are easily accessible by bicycle. The house has a kitchen, bathroom, sitting area, private garden and a spacious bedroom can be reached via a fixed staircase.
