This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. You can cycle to Lake Ammersee within 25 minutes, have the S-Bahn train towards Munich at your doorstep and many excursion destinations nearby. The house itself is inhabited by Wilma and her sons.

We are a small family and rent a small but nice apartment in the basement of our house. It consists of a room with a cooking, dining and sleeping area. From the sleeping area you enter a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The bed can be pulled out so that two people can sleep in it. If requested, we can provide another bed. The TV is equipped with satellite connection and all guests get guest access to the Wi-Fi.
