Το Malsova Studio βρίσκεται 1 χλμ μακριά από το γραφικό χωριό του Αγίου Νικολάου στη Δυτική Μάνη. Απέχει 10 χλμ από τή Καρδαμύλη και 35 χλμ από το Λιμένι. Είναι μέρος ενός παραδοσιακού πέτρινου κτιρίου που κτίστηκε το 1880. Βρίσκεται επί τής παραλίας της Mάλσοβας σε ένα κήπο 1.5 στρέμματος τού συγκροτήματος Malsova Home. Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού.
