Monthly Rentals in Kotor

My partner and I stayed here for a week, the location was perfect in the middle of the old town and is close to various restaurants and markets. It had everything we needed and more to make it feel like home. Communication with Aleksander was also great, very friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely stay in this apartment and would highly recommend! ☺️

We had a great stay, thanks! Absolutely awesome location. Probably the most memorable location I have ever stayed. Surprisingly it wasn’t very noisy at all but you can hear the town bells each morning. Free parking also wasn’t a big issue as we found a space near the cemetery south of the old town each day. Not too far of a walk. Would happily stay here again :)

As someone who has traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in countless Airbnbs over the past decade, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment itself is perfect—full of character, beautifully maintained, and nestled right in the heart of the historic town. The stone walls and charming windows made it the ideal setting for writing my novel about Kotor, as if the very spirit of the city was woven into the space. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of church bells and the sight of golden Adriatic light spilling through the alleyways. But what truly made this stay unforgettable? The cats of Kotor. These wonderful, friendly guardians of the Old Town made themselves right at home, curling up beside me as I wrote in the park and in various cafes.
