A winter-inhabitable cottage in Pyhtää on the shore of the Kymijoki River, about an hour's drive from Helsinki, completed in 2024. Downstairs there is a wood-fired sauna and a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine and shower. Downstairs there is also a living room and a modern kitchen with all the comforts. Next to the dining room is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed and a loft with a 140 cm wide mattress. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Relax with your loved ones and possible pets in this peaceful accommodation by the sea. In the kitchen you will find all the most important cooking utensils and you can enjoy your meal while enjoying the scenery. The sauna benches can accommodate the whole group and you can cool off on the covered terrace. The forested terrain with outdoor trails starts from the corner of the house, and in the summer you can find sandy beach nearby as well as the opportunity for mini golf or mountain biking.
