Condo holiday rentals in Kota Setar District

For sure will repeat again with this AirBnB! The place was very strategic,got view of menara alor setar (you guys should see the sunset giew from the balcony!), only abt 7 mins to go to aman central, there is a restaraunt nearby the place (walkable). The room was clean, all the basic amenities was provided perfectly. For those who are looking for place to stay in Alor Setar, I recommend this place to you all.

Clean comfortable place, very good host with excellent communication and assistance - we really had a great time and would highly recommend if you are in town. Great street food all over! Very nice Musjids close by!

I had a wonderful stay here. Room was clean and well-maintained. The host was very cool and responsive and giving clear instructions. Recommended to anyone who plans by to stay here.

Overall, a good place for family or friends of up to 6 pax and in my opinion, adequately maintained. Aircon is available in all 3 bedrooms while the dining and living area have it's own ceiling fan respectively.

Clean, complete with amenities that makes the place feels like home. Even have a first aid kit, sewing kit, washing machine, fridge, and all the basics of a perfect home. Most importantly it has a praying room! Also the living room has a proper and comfortable sofa (unlike the pics).

This is our second stay at Amal’s place and hopefully will the place to stay everytime we are back for raya holidays. The place is perfect for our small family, clean, well located. Check in was a breeze and communication with the host is easy. I can see the host went all out to ensure our comfortability and effort in making this the aibnb works long term. Thank you for the kuih raya too!

I had a great stay at Syafiqah’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, close to the Aman Central and stadium, and very easy to get around. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out effortless. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again!

nice host..suitable for big family with babies and kids. the host is responsive..the price is worth value for money. the facilities inside the house is great, we have wonderful experience there.

Not the first time our family stayed here. the owner is very responsive and friendly. and the location is the best, 15 min to airport, 5 minutes from the highway exit, lots of restaurants around, and the view.
