It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Cozy, peaceful and welcoming option if you are traveling around Croatia. We had a very good stay. Everything was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. Also it was very peaceful and surrounded by mountains. The check in was easy and Marijana and her family were so kind and friendly. Overall it was great!

We spent one night at Ivana's accommodation to go hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The accommodation fully corresponds to the description and was equipped with everything needed. We were warmly welcomed, allowed to help ourselves to the cherry tree (with the help of Grandma and Grandpa) and our son played football with the children in the garden without them speaking a common language. This is what hospitality looks like. We can definitely recommend the place!
