Beachfront holiday rental in Korçë County

I absolutely loved this place. Such a warm welcome. And amazing food. Fabulous. The room was just lovely and to step out on the balcony in the morning to see the sunrise over the Fabulous lake. I will be telling everyong to go visit this unspoilt village. And stay at Mitre's. Its a place that will have a lasting effect. Thank you so much for everything.

I spent two months in this apartment because I wanted somewhere to chill and unwind after travelling all summer. The apartment is very modern and has pretty much everything you need for a long stay. I was provided with enough towels and bed sheets to run a small hotel and given plenty of toiletries too which was nice. WiFi is fast, water pressure is good, the lake is basically on your doorstep and it's really relaxing. The apartment will start to get a bit chilly as winter approaches, but there's an electric heater available (the furnace wasn't connected for my stay but I'm sure it could be if you ask). The building does have a lift but you need the special fob on the key to activate it so your first trip up to the sixth floor might be tough! I didn't get to meet Erion (self check-in) but he was great and always available to help; very quick with responses, especially when I had one or two minor issues (which were resolved very quickly). The only minor negative was that the building had a two-week period in the middle of my stay where it suffered from regular power-cuts, probably due to some construction nearby. 100% would stay here again if I come back to Pogradec, especially in the summer, where Pogradec will probably be a bit more lively :)

We felt very comfortable. You can take great hikes in the area and enjoy the tranquility.

Ideally located facing the Aoos river. Restaurants nearby. Nice small town with markets and beautiful walks.

I'm just starting with two "negative" things. 1) Pellets are needed for the stove, as it is more comfortable for the client and more romantic, (but not really necessary for heating). 2) A larger hot water tank is needed for the bathtub, as hot water is used up quickly. Now we are talking about the benefits of the environment. ☺️ It was a luxurious, cozy apartment, with ample space and comfort. The apartment was a romantic place, where the lights and the bathtub with hot water had a great effect. The bed was king size, spacious and comfortable, heating with a large central air conditioner that was sufficient for heating the environment. (The stove is needed more for romance). It was a very clean environment and everything was shiny. I highly recommend this place and if you want to spend a nice night, choose it. Shaida was also always ready to answer any questions we had. (I would suggest that you welcome guests with something, maybe a small bottle of wine and some snacks) See u Agai

Really friendly people, the house is 3 minutes walking to swim in the lake, highly recommended to have a nice stay in a peaceful location in Pogradec!

Very very satisfied with the apartment. Everything was new and clean with spacious rooms and in a wonderful place, very close to the beach and the lake. With very good wifi. We will definitely come again. I strongly recommend it.

Klesenda is an incredible host! The apartment is clean and near to every interesting place in pogradec. Klesenda is very helpful and kind and always stayed in touch with us, gave us tips and helped us out when a friend didn't feel well. Thank you very much again for the klesenda! I would visit her anytime again if I ever happen to visit pogradec again!
