Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located on the eastern side of Öland, right next to Kårehamn. Just 2 km from the house, there is a private beach - just hop on the bike and roll there. With the location in the middle of the island, it is close to excursions to both the north and south sides of the island. Full of flea markets, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, everything to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely secluded and overlooking Öland's expanses.

Welcome to our holiday paradise on Öland! Our townhouse is located a stone's throw above the church in Köpingsvik. A quiet and rural location but only a short walk (about 700 m) down to the main street with restaurants, ICA store, campsites and the nice sandy beach. On our 92 square meters, there is a kitchen, living room, a bathroom, a toilet and three bedrooms. At the rear, there is a large patio with a dining area, a charcoal barbecue, lounge furniture and sun loungers. Large lawn and leafy area. The house is pet-free and smoke-free.

Alvaret is available within a ten-minute walk where Slottsruinen and Solliden are located. It is about 3 km to Borgholm's bustling city life. Bicycles are available to borrow. There is a bike path to town. The cottage is 16 m2 and the balcony 8 m2. The cottage has a fridge, microwave and kettle. Bathroom (toilet and bathtub) and access to water are available in the host's home with a separate entrance.
