Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures and tastefully decorated. The amenities are amazing, everything is very clean, and the communication with Zenija was very friendly and pleasant. We highly recommend it and have nothing to complain about! We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

The house is located in the heart of the hilltop villages and has a superb view of Groznjan. The terrace and interior space of the house are spacious and tastefully decorated. Dragana is an attentive and responsive host to questions.

Beautiful house and surroundings, all new and clean. Really luxurious with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We were out of main season, so the prices were ok and well worth it. You can also get access to the mini golf and mini tennis nearby.

Had a wonderful holiday! The house was perfect for us (2 families), everything you need is available, the kitchen is super equipped and especially the bedrooms are nicely furnished. There are extra bathrooms for the rooms in the upper floor. We especially enjoyed the pool very much. Ingrid was very friendly and helpful.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

The villa is stunning! The house and the territory is beautiful and you have everything you need in there! There were even bicycles for us! All the recommendations we‘ve got from the host were great (from restaurants, to wineries and truffle hunting). The host was very friendly, always responding quickly! Everything is fine, perfect for several families even with small children

We enjoyed our stay at Silvija's place very much, when we arrived we were welcomed with a cute gift basket, everything was super clean and nice. We were 5 couples, so Silvija managed that we got another part of the Villa so that every couple could sleep in a private room. thanks for that! the location of the villa is nice too, its about a 15min walk to the very center of the city of Umag, Konzum groceries is also nearby. there is a beach in walking distance too (right in front of the big hotel). a few more beaches are then in driving distance (about 15min) we would highly recommend going there on vaccation.

A lovely house thanks is perfect for a big family get together vacation. The house is big and so is the pool. The outside kitchen is very useful and fantastic to spend evening cooking and having people around. The Truffels dog are nearby and our kids loved to go and say hi to them. The owner family are super welcoming. Differently a house that lives up to the pictures.

We stayed with six people in Villa Julia and had an awesome and relaxing time. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed so far. Furniture and equipment is of very high quality and doesn’t feel like a place that was equipped for short-term rentals. Location is very nice with everything you need in walking distance at a small village (2 restaurants, supermarket).

A modern, well-equipped accommodation about 200 m from the sea. Within walking distance of 1-2 restaurants and a beach bar. Rooms, pool & terrace are as in the photos. There is a barbecue grill available. Towels are available in the bathroom as well as for the pool. Each room has its own bathroom & toilet. 1x baby bed is available, but during our stay no mattress, which you should bring with you, unless it has already been purchased by the landlord. 1x high chair available. Currently, there are construction sites around the house, where allegedly work may no longer be carried out from June 15. During our stay at the end of May, we unfortunately had extreme construction noise during the day 7:30 AM-4:00 PM. The access road is not yet paved, you drive a gravel road to the house. Basically, however, it would be a rather quiet location without street noise. Communication & check-in/out is very straightforward with a housekeeper who lives nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay for a large group or multiple families.

Beautiful house with everything you can possible think of! quiet location, but with a car ride of 2 min to the next village you have all the markets you need (supermarket, butcher, baker)! Communication between host, housekeeper and us was excellent! House and the whole property was super clean! Smaller issues were taken care of right away or were compensated! All in all, we had a lovely stay 😁 and we hope to be back one day!!!

House was nicer than in the pictures. Clean, beautiful, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay in late June. We were 2 families with 3 kids. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces for kids to run around. AC in the house was best we’ve had on our many trips to Europe!!! (As Americans this is one of the most important items for us). Each room had its own controls as well as common spaces. We LOVED proximity to Grožnjan as that was one of our favorite towns in entire Istria. We used the home as base and drove around many towns exploring. We felt anything was within 30 min drive and easy to get around. - Grocery store was about 7 mins away in Buje - Closest beach was 20 mins away in Kanegra which was also our favorite beach in the area. - Favorite nearby restaurant was AModoMio just few mins away; food was great and terrace views perfect for relaxed evenings Thank you for a memorable stay!!

We had a fantastic week. The villa was perfect and beautifully presented with lots of extra touches that made it a special place to stay. Marina was great, we were able to check in earlier and she provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond. The villa is really private and peaceful but situated really well for a short drive into to Porec and the main roads are easily accessible to be able to explore Istria.

We had a wonderful stay at David's. He was very friendly, the place is clean and quiet. The pool is lockable, which was absolutely brilliant for us with the two young children. So they could run everywhere and we didn't have to worry. The small playground was also a highlight next to the beautiful pool. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for the wonderful time, Sandra, Alex the two grandmothers, the twins and the dogs :D

We spent our vacation in this villa and all we can say is that it exceeded our expectations! The house is located on a huge fenced property, everything is full of greenery, and everything is arranged with a lot of taste and love, perfectly clean and tidy. We enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet, and yet we were close to Poreč and Rovinj, so it took us only 15-20 min drive to the sea... We definitely recommend this villa and we will come back again!

We had a week's holiday in villa Zoro with our three small children. We had a lovely relaxing week. Not much to do in the city! But there is a football field and playground we used daily. But it's a 10 minute drive to the nearest bigger supermarket (Lidl) We were greeted by ms. Eni, who is super sweet and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, with a kitchen with everything you need. The only downside to the stay was that it is among many ruin houses being renovated and there is an odor coming from the chicken coop next door. But we had a really lovely holiday! Check out was also super flexible where Sarah came and even had a small gift for us.

It's the best vacation so far! Mirjana's place was the perfect place for our family of 7. The location is superb and Mirjana is extremely knowledgeable about the area for local restaurants, family activities, breathtaking towns, etc. I highly recommend her place and we look forward to coming back soon.
