Lovely house in a beautiful location! Peace and opportunity for a variety of activities, ideal for two families and children of all ages. Communication with Manca was impeccable. We were welcomed by a friendly Daria, which gave our visit a warm touch and will stay in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

The stay was very pleasant, Stefan's house is very nice and attention to detail, and is located inside a ranch where horses and sheep graze. The outdoor space is also equipped, you can cook and have lunch under the porch, in the garden surrounded by hedges you can sunbathe. This place is an oasis surrounded by nature. The hydromising bathtub at our disposal is also very much appreciated.

I was overly satisfied with the host! Very nice lady. The accommodation was clean and matched the price. We were our entire family of seven and we all had private! Highly recommend and look forward to seeing you again!!! Just a place to stay!!!!😍😍

Such a beautiful home! It was better than expected. Alen and Gloria are fantastic hosts. The space and view are spectacular, secluded, and peaceful with all the amenities needed and then some. We look forward to our next trip back here!

Lovely spacious apartment. Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom. The large balcony with Hollywood swing and dining table is super. There were 3 covered parking spaces for our cars (We stayed there with 6 people and 3 cars). The host is friendly, helpful, quick to respond to messages, and also helps on site if there is a need. We got a G Maps list of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Very helpful and nice. Only the induction stove takes some getting used to and unfortunately did not manage to bake the fries in the oven at the same time and to stock the meat in the pan on top of the stove top of the stove top. Unfortunately, Irena couldn't do anything here either and we had to wait until the device has cooled down again. A baking dish in the inventory would actually still be great 😉 Otherwise, good starting point for activities and excursions, supermarkets are even within walking distance, so you can get fresh rolls quickly in the morning.

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

Great & above all very clean place to stay. The sea and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking available, I find important if you arrive by car. We had two dogs with us & it was no problem, on the contrary Danilo was very kind. Trieste for a day trip can also be reached quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

We had a great time in poreč! The apartment is very cute and directly located at the sea (city beach) and the old town! There are many restaurants near! It was great, and we would return any time :)

Absolutely perfect accommodation! The apartment is beautiful, and has everything you need. The location is also great, we could walk everywhere except Miramare. They appreciate the board with tips on where to eat, drink … Chiara is very nice, I recommend.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa with stunning views. Mirjana's warm welcome and availability made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. The setting is quiet, peaceful and impeccably maintained. The outdoor kitchen, located by the pool, was a real asset during our stay. Beautiful and perfectly maintained accommodation with beautiful private pool in very quiet area. Sara is a wonderful hostess. We were warmly welcomed and she was available throughout our stay for advice on nice getaways or restaurants in the region.

We were received in a very friendly manner and were shown the well-equipped apartment. The pool was especially great for the kids. You can do a lot in the area, the routes to Slovenia are also quite short. Thus, you have some opportunities for excursions.

Klaus' villa was an absolute dream and exceeded our expectations – it is not only as pictured, but even more beautiful! You can feel the attention to detail in every corner, the terrace, the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool are pure relaxation. The outdoor kitchen with the charcoal grill completes the experience perfectly! Klaus is a fantastic host – always available and super friendly. The personal welcome and the extensive information folder full of great tips were just great. The garden is completely fenced, which was ideal for our energetic dog. Privacy was well protected thanks to the hedges and fences. Cepljani is the perfect base! Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad are easily accessible, and Umag is only 5 minutes away. We especially recommend the pizzeria in Babici – Klaus' tip was spot on! Dear Klaus, thank you for this wonderful time! We sincerely hope to return soon! 😊

We had a great week overall. The house is in great condition and you feel comfortable. In a few minutes, almost everything can be reached by car. Communication with the landlord was top notch.
