Monthly Rentals in Koonorigan

This was a unique yet amazing experience! Being amongst wildlife and with great people really made for a fantastic stay and I would 100% do it again. Great value for money too. Couldn't recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay. The space was peaceful, quiet, and set well away from the main house, which made it feel extra private and relaxing. There were plenty of great amenities, and we especially loved the two separate fenced areas for the dogs. Kerri was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. The fresh sourdough, jams, and eggs were such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The only feedback would be that the place was quite dusty, particularly the light fittings and ceilings in the bedrooms, which looked like they hadn't been dusted in a while. Would suggest taking a SUV or will be a bumpy ride as the access is via a dirt road and there was lots of potholes due to the recent rain.

My partner and I stayed at Samantha’s tiny home for two nights, the home was very well thought out and clean. Samantha sent us very clear and easy to understand instructions before we arrived which were a big help with local recommendations and information about her property and her animals. We spent the nights around the fire which had all the necessary equipment and a kind gesture from Sam of helping us start it. The bed was very comfy and the room remained nice and warm even in the cold nights without the need of the heater. We used the bbq both nights and it was very clean and easy to use. Overall, it is very well thought out, with a projector, a white noise machine, a microwave, descent sized fridge, a washer, many board games, a speaker and an air fryer which we also enjoyed using. We thank Sam for hosting us with impeccable hospitality, she is very easy to communicate with, quickly responsive, friendly and respectful. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had such an amazing time staying in the tiny home. It was really relaxing with everything you need. The outdoor bath is a big highlight as you stargaze and catch the satellites going by. Emily is a really great host and super accomodating. A very peaceful location with lots of great walks nearby! Highly recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back.
