Organic house meadow, quiet idyll near city, parking

The organic vacation home "Lichtberg 2" is the smaller of the two neighboring houses (both can be booked together for at least 6 people, see also "Biohaus Landl."). It is enchantingly located alone in the garden and on the field - and yet very close to the city (10 min. to the university, city, main station and highway). It has been optimally renovated in 2016 with high-quality materials. A beautiful home for 2, 3 guests who, for example, like to hike, meditate or just enjoy the healthy off-grid.

Cozy, quiet 2 ZKB, free parking

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. The cozy, quiet apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a new, great bathroom and a spacious living room and bedroom with an attached south-facing balcony. Our house is located in the wine-growing area of Mosel-Saar-Ruwer. From here you can discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg. Parking is available as well as garage space for bicycles and motorcycles.
