Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Milios Kythera

Στην αρχή του ''Μεσιακού'' στενού στη καρδιά της Χώρας Κυθήρων, βρίσκεται το μικρό σπιτάκι του ΄Μιλιού΄, ανακαινισμένο και έτοιμο να φιλοξενήσει όσους έχουν αγαπήσει το νησί αλλά και όσους πρόκειται! Στο ανοιχτό πατάρι που διαθέτει, μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν 2 άτομα ενώ κάτω στον υπόλοιπο χώρο υπάρχει καναπές - κρεβάτι για να φιλοξενηθούν άλλα δύο. Στο χώρο της Κουζίνας μπορείτε να ετοιμάσετε πρόχειρα γεύματα και να πιείτε έξω τον καφέ σας στο σοκάκι σαν παραδοσιακό καφενείο.

Karvounades Condo Sky

The converted shop front has been turned into a stylish apartment located in the centre of the island. Karvounades is a historic village of Kythira, close to everything important on the island, equipped with a delicious bakery next door, a supermarket a few paces away, and a souvlaki place in the vicinity. Everything you need is there and from the homebase, you will be able to travel to the north, south, east, and western most points of Kythira.

Choios' House

Το κατάλυμα είναι 145 τ.μ. και βρίσκεται στο χωριό Τσικαλαρία, πάνω στον κεντρικό άξονα του νησιού. Είναι ευρύχωρο και ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή και παρέες πολλών ατόμων. Στο χωριό υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ ΑΒ Βασιλόπουλος, ένα καφέ και μια ψησταριά " Ο Ξεγάντζαρος" . Το σπίτι απέχει 1 χιλιόμετρο από το μεγαλύτερο εμπορικό χωριό, το Λιβάδι. Αρκετές από τις πιο ονομαστές παραλίες του νησιού βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 7 έως 15 χιλιομέτρων.

Terra Oliva Country house is one of the 5 houses of the property. The village is Agios Ilias and it is in the center of the south part. The location is very convenient for your daily trips. Our house is newly constructed and very well equipped. It has two main areas, bedroom and living room area. The house has a full kitchen , bathroom area and its private veranda with mountain view. The location is very quiet and safe at the same time.

Located in Chora, the main vilage of the island, this apartment is a few meters away from the most scenic restaurants and bars of the island, yet, at the same time secluded from the noise of the night life. The bedroom is set in a traditional cave style (no window), while kitchen and living room have plenty of natural light and (two large windows and a glass door) are overlooking the sea and an inhabited hill.

This unique and aesthetic house is located at the south of the island, where most beaches/activities can be found. Ideal for 2 people. The area is close to plenty of the main beaches. The house is close (1-2minutes drive) to the islands biggest marketplace( grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries cafes, etc). At the same time, its location ensures a peaceful with no disruptions environment.

The “Celestial View Luxury Holiday Home” is an 1897 mansion house, fully refurbished in 2019, in the most idyllic spot in the Chora of Kythira, where you can enjoy unlimited view of the meeting point of three Seas: the Ionian, the Aegean and the Cretan, the Venetian Castle, the islet of Hytra and the traditional settlement of Chora with its distinctive architecture.
