The apartment is very central to explore the old town of Corfu and all the island. The nearest beach is at a distance of 10 minutes walk and also in the area you can find : pool, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, farmacy, hospital and supermarkets. Although it's just a few steps from Liston and all the spots of interest, cafe's and restaurants, the neighborhood is really quiet. It's also a few steps from the sea, a beautiful spot to have a swim.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο,είναι σοφίτα 40 τ.μ. με εμφανή σκεπή.Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο καθώς επίσης και ένα κοινόχρηστο χώρο που περιλαμβάνει την κουζίνα και το σαλόνι.Το πιο ωραίο σημείο του σπιτιού όμως θεωρούμε πως είναι το μπαλκόνι το οποίο είναι αρκετά μεγάλο και έχει θέα προς την Μαρίνα με τα σκάφη και το βόρειο τμήμα του νησιού.
