Welcome to a clean, well-maintained two-room apartment! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in summer. Parties are not allowed.

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

New (September 2023) apartment in the center of Joensuu, 500 meters from the university. Fully furnished, ideal for both short-term and long-term stays. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Joensuu Arena and other sports halls, Linnunlahti and downtown services are all just a few hundred meters' walk away! I provide towels, bed linen and detergents, as well as basic cooking supplies.
