Batonship Inn Osaka, commonly known as BIO, is a renovated building operated by Batonship LLC. It is located in a complex called "Kita no Kita Nagaya", which consists of 13 sections of offices, shops and accommodation. A 'nagaya' is a simple building with adjoining units that share walls with their neighbours. It is a type of multi-unit residential building where each unit has its own independent entrance. This traditional Japanese housing style has contributed to the development of vibrant communities and cultures in the region, but is declining year by year due to factors such as ageing. Nevertheless, there are still many tenements left in the Kinki region, especially in the downtown area of Osaka. “Kita no Kita Nagaya” is a new approach to revitalising Osaka's Nagaya. Carefully renovated with earthquake resistance, thermal insulation and soundproofing, the ground floor has been reorganised mainly for shops and the first floor mainly for accommodation. Part of the ground floor has been reduced in size to create a communal garden that can be used for events and other purposes, making it a facility that is loved by the local community. There are six BIO units. Each BIO unit has been renovated with a different design theme, using natural materials and preserving as many of the building's original features as possible. Find your favourite among the six units and make it your own base for your trip.

This is a 110 sqm, 2-story house for rent, a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the first floor, 4 bedrooms on the second floor, and toilets on the first and second floors. There is parking in front of the house and a smoking area. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. Sightseeing by car is also very convenient, with an interchange nearby.

This is an interior house designed by a rising star designer. This unique and stylish house offers a new style of accommodation that can be used by families and groups in a fun and relaxing way. The venue of the Osaka Expo is also close, and the nearest Chidoribashi Station is within a 5-minute walk. I believe that you will enjoy your stay in Osaka with a very well-equipped city with a Seven Eleven convenience store, shopping street, ramen, restaurants, yakiniku, izakaya, Chinese restaurant, public bath, etc. This is a lovely renovated house with excellent access to downtown Namba by train.

Pets are welcome (¥2,000 per pet). The house is only 1 minute from Taisho Station, and you can walk to Kyocera Dome Osaka. Convenience stores, drugstores, and many restaurants are located nearby, making this a very convenient area. ■Check-in & Luggage You may store your luggage after 10:00 AM.
