This is a 3-minute walk from Furukawa Bridge Station on the Keihan Line, 85 square meters, and a 2-story detached house for rent. (Not a shared house) There is a large living room, dining room, and full kitchen on the 1st floor, and 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. There is a parking lot next to the house and a smoking area in the backyard. It is 20 minutes from the Meishin Suita IC and 10 minutes from the Daini-Keihan Sakaimon-Masu IC. There are two supermarkets, AEON and SATAKE (both 2 minutes on foot) near this rental house. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores, so you can have a pleasant stay without any problems, whether it's a short trip or a long stay. It is convenient to use the Keihan train and various trains to get to tourist destinations such as Osaka city, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe. The space is designed with various elements in mind, so that you can spend your time freely in each area. It is a very cozy house. Of course, we have devised a way for everyone to enjoy games, jenga, board games, etc. that children will also enjoy. It is also located about 1 meter by taxi from Universal Studios Japan. The venue of the Osaka Expo is also close, and the nearest Chidoribashi Station is within a 5-minute walk. I believe that you will enjoy your stay in Osaka with a very well-equipped city with a Seven Eleven convenience store, shopping street, ramen, restaurants, yakiniku, izakaya, Chinese restaurant, public bath, etc. This is a lovely renovated house with excellent access to downtown Namba by train.
