We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was close to many amazing places and staff was super helpful. Will definitely visit again!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Siolim, Goa! As a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), the place was just perfect for us. The check-in was seamless and hassle-free, which made settling in easy and stress-free. The home is beautifully done with tasteful decor and all the amenities you could need—from a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine to a private pool and plenty of space to lounge and relax. The kids especially loved the pool, and the lush garden around it added to the charm. This place is ideal for both families and groups alike, with enough room to gather, unwind, or just enjoy some quiet time. The location is peaceful yet well-connected to nearby attractions and essentials. The helpers were always prompt, polite, and super helpful. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout. A special mention to the thoughtful hosts for the lovely parting gift—it was such a sweet gesture and really capped off a memorable stay. We’d love to come back here on our next trip!

I went with my wife for a long weekend and we absolutely loved this place! It is a great mix of private and modern while you feel like you are in the midst of nature. Anisha was wonderful throughout the process and very proactive with her communication. The hospitality was outstanding and no words are enough for Pooja and Jayesh who seem to be available at a moments notice!! The private pool is the highlight and we spent most of our time there! So much so that we steeped out of the property only once in three days!! I cannot recommend this place enough! I am definitely going back!

Chirag was an exceptional host — extremely responsive, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. He made the entire experience smooth and welcoming from the moment we booked. It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

I had a wonderful experience at Sukant Homestay! Even though I planned this trip on short notice, Mandar and the caretaker were incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was ready for my stay. Mandar is a fantastic host—attentive, helpful, and always available to assist. The location is beautifully remote, offering peace and tranquility, yet it still has good mobile network connectivity. The WiFi was reliable, which made it easy for me to work remotely without any issues. As a solo traveler, safety was my top priority, and I felt completely secure throughout my stay. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, homecooked meals that added to the comfort of the stay. Whether you’re looking for a work-from-nature experience or just a quiet getaway, this place is perfect. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to visit again!

Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. It was a very pleasant experience staying at Sagar’s villa. The property was well-maintained and secure. Budget friendly and worthy the money! Sagar is a very cooperative host and helped us a lot during our stay. I would definitely recommend it if you’re planning to stay with your family.

This is a beautiful Villa! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hotel owner(Rohan) ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the Villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The home was stunningly attractive and visually appealing. Also, the property has a homey feel to it; it provides everything from kitchen and bathroom supplies, as well as cards and Monopoly for free time entertainment. They also graciously inquire if we have any needs and make the necessary arrangements, such as check-in and check-out timings. Also, the owner, Hem, is quite helpful, offering recommendations for places to visit, sharing his own experience, and following up with us to see what we needed after some time. Definitely going there again.

Small, cozy place suited for a small group to relax. Has basic amenities like a few books, Bluetooth speaker, and badminton racquets. The area isn’t developed for tourism—limited food options and not much to do nearby—but it's quiet, with no traffic or noise. Depends on what you're looking for. Caretaker and owner were responsive.

It was a great stay, would definitely recommend. The pool could’ve been cleaner but upon asking for help from caretaker, they cleaned the whole pool nicely. Very responsive owners and caretakers.

The beautiful bungalow itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern amenities. We particularly appreciated the large windows, comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen. The private parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go as we pleased.

We had a wonderful stay! Chiplun is our native place, so it was a pleasant surprise to find such a beautifully designed and well-maintained home nearby. The cleanliness of the property was truly impressive, and the thoughtful design made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The important thing was the stay is pet friendly.. my pet - Bagheera enjoyed the stay and was free to roam the entire property. We had an amazing stay at this homestay! The host (Sangeeta Tai) was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed. The location was ideal – peaceful and quiet, yet close to the sea beach. Sangeeta Tai also provided great tips on things to see, explore delicious local cuisine and so on! which made our trip even more memorable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and authentic experience. Can’t wait to come back!
