Απέχει 15 λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο από τα αναρριχητικά πεδία Μανικίων, και την Παραλία Κύμης. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε οικιακό εξοπλισμό και συσκευές, WIFI, πλυντήριο ρούχων και air condition.
