Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

The apartment is located on an agricultural property where cows and horses are currently cared for. The nearest shopping is about 3 km away and offers, among other things, a supermarket, a bakery and a drugstore.
