Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Konavle

Super nette Gastgeber. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist perfekt bei den engen Straßen. Und die Bushaltestelle ist nur 300m entfernt, so dass man prima das Auto stehen lassen kann und fährt von dort für 4€ nach Dubrovnik. Unschlagbar ist der Sonnenuntergang auf dem kleinen Balkon.

Zeljko and his wife are very welcoming and great hosts. They offered to pick us up and drop us off at the airport as we had opted not to hire a car for our stay. Our trip was all about relaxation and that is exactly what we found here at the villa and in Molunat. The views from the terrace are incredible. The highlight of the villa is it's Jacuzzi on the terrace which is perfect for an evening soak and a glass of wine. Location-wise you are about a 2 minute walk from a small supermarket which stocks most essentials. About a 10 minute walk around the bay is Lancana, currently the village's only restaurant. But the menu is great, staff are very friendly and you can easily go every night! There is also a small establishment called Odgusta which does great fast food like burgers and pizzas. Border with Montenegro is a short distance by car and day trips to Dubrovnik are also easily done (around an hour). Thoroughly enjoyable stay and a must-book for someone who just wants to relax.

Great Host , great house great view. Thomas helped us from the beginning to organise our holiday and his suggestions were really helpful. A beautiful house with an extraordinary terrace with view on Cavtat sea . It seemed to touch it, and the moon and stars at night were fantastic. We had amazing dinners and breakfasts. We didn’t have cars but we could easily move by bus and taxi . Cavtat is a typical sea village very nice and quiet only 20 minutes by bus far from Dubrovnik

Magnificent house on two floors. Large yard and pool. The house was more than we imagined. Beautiful and peaceful environment. Cooperation with the host went very well. Six adults and seven children fit very well.

Mooi gerenoveerd huis, heel veel ruimte (wel met trappen). Vele mooie terrassen. 2 ruime slaapkamers en 2 ruime badkamers (3 toiletten). Leuk zwembad en pooltafel. Vesala is heel vriendelijk en erg attent en ontvangt je persoonlijk. Google brengt je vooraan naar het begin van het straatje waar de ingang van het huis is (50m verder). Het is omgeven door andere huizen, maar wel met veel privacy. Met een (huur)wagen kan je mooie plaatsen bezoeken in de omgeving zoals Cavtat en naar de supermarkt of restaurant Domestico op een paar kilometer. We hebben hier genoten samen met onze 2 pubers, dank je Vesela.

What a find! A lot of space in and outside. Lovely rural setting. Great to watch the sunset from the hot tub, overlooking the area. The "best" beach is amazing, Antun's tips were much appreciated. good parking and facilities. A beautiful private patio/balcony with hot tub, seating and loungers and also you are allowed to use the shared garden with lots more seating, pool and summer kitchen. Thank you. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay, and had everything we needed. Host was there if needed. Home is in a beautiful place, you need a car to get there as its a bit of a distance to get to nearest shops. We really enjoyed our stay

We had an excellent stay. Unfortunately time only allowed us one night. Hosts were fabulous and allowed us to park our car at their home for an extra night when we took the bus to Dubrovnic.

My wife and I stayed for a week here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We were met at the door and shown around. We were given a phone number to get in touch if we needed anything and then we were left alone. The accommodation and outdoor areas were immaculate and comfortable. Our host did laundry for us when we needed it and also made us a beautiful apricot cake. I would highly recommend this property and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we travel back to Croatia.

We have just returned from a stay at this beautiful villa. Amazing views and the villa has everything you would need. The facilities are great including hot tub, sauna and a heated pool with great views and perfect sunsets. Nikoleta is by far the best host I have stayed with and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect with little touches including essentials in the fridge and fresh fruit. Thank you so much for making our family holiday so memorable.

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft. Pool und Grill wurden früh morgens gereinigt. Schöne Außenanlage mit reichlich Platz.

Nino was a great host. Good communication before, during checkin and throughout our stay. The villa is wonderful. It had everything we needed. The pool was great and provided hours of fun for everyone. The mountain view from the villa is beautiful and relaxing. We had a wonderful time.

Anita's place is amazing for a group of friends or family. The villa is split up into 3 parts, each having their own kitchen, bathroom and chilling space. In short, a very clean villa, lots of space, amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. Anita took good care of us, we were brought a fresh watermelon and juices on the hottest day in Dubrovnik.

Fantastic place with lovely sea views, garden and great opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. Quiet and peaceful, with a very pleasant host who did everything to make the stay perfect. The kids loved it. Great beds and fab air conditioning . We hired a car to make food shopping and visiting Dubrovnik and Cavtat easy peasy!

Absolutely stunning villa, the garden is just so pretty with plenty of seating and loungers to relax on. The pool is lovely and clean, though a little chilly still at Easter! The views are stunning over trees and out to the sea. Inside, the villa is modern and spotlessly clean. Marina and her husband were wonderful hosts, and easy to get hold of, even offering to drive us to the doctors when my daughter was ill. We had a great time exploring the area, from the villa, you can just follow the road though the allotments to join lovely walking routes, and of course day trips out to Dubrovnik and nearby Montenegro. Really enjoyed our stay and can whole heartedly recommend Sunny Villa.
