Jen is a fabulous host with an amazing home in a great location, close to food and shops. The property and home are as described, well maintained and clean. All of the amenities like the gym, bbq grills, and pool are just feet away from the patio. Would highly recommend Jen’s place for the perfect getaway on the Big Island! 🤙🏽

We had an amazing stay at Allyson’s condo on the Big Island! The apartment was spotless, beautifully organized, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed – it truly felt like a home away from home for the week. From the kitchen supplies to the beach gear, every detail was carefully considered and made our holiday so much more comfortable and relaxing. The location was perfect for exploring the island, and we loved having such a peaceful, welcoming space to return to at the end of each day. Allyson was a fantastic host - so kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the Big Island - thank you for making our trip so special! The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at.

This place was amazing, your about 10 min from the coast and there are some good shops close by for a long stay. AC is only in the living room but other than that everything was perfect! would stay again for sure!

Thoroughly enjoy our stay at this well equiped, freshly renovated condo. Amazing views of the ocean and next to the pool. Central to all the cool attractions the Big Island has to offer.

We knew this resort from before so we purposely tried to find a condo at this location. The property location is fantastic, situated in a gated community, very peaceful and safe, beautiful surroundings, 15 minutes walk to the beach, or if a quick drive with provided gate fob. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would want during your stay, the grill in the patio works great and is the best way to prepare a few dinners. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works well. The patio is great, we used it when ever we were at home, it is very crazy with a very nice view of palms and beautiful vegetation and many birds and mongooses that run around. The garage is as described, tight fit for a large vehicle but we managed to get our mini van inside. They have a great selection of snorkel gear, we brought our own but knowing this next we would not. A beautiful space that we very much enjoyed and would definitely come back on our next visit. The host great!

10/10 would recommend. There was a great view of the ocean, lush beautiful plants all around the property. The condo was super clean and close to everything we needed to get to in Kona. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in the condo off the golf course this week! It was quiet, peaceful, extremely clean, and great access to all the things at Waikoloa. There were beach toys for kids (we also left a puddle jumpers kids floatie in case that helps anyone in the future), 4 beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards, and snorkel supplies! One thing to note, the kitchen is well supplied with dishes and cookware, but not much with seasonings or basic cooking ingredients. This is totally okay, but I've been to a lot of Air Bnbs that have these things, so I just wanted to share in case anyone else had similar expectations. P.S. Grocery pickup at the Walmart for basics helps a lot since all the close grocery stores are crazy expensive.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean and very nicely maintained. Allyson was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and had all kinds of helpful tips and information. She even had a few treats waiting for us when we checked in. The beach toys and gear were an amazing amenity and the wagon to help transport everything from the car to the beach was especially nice! Access to the Mauna Lani beach club was a great perk as well. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!

We had a truly perfect stay at Brittney’s apartment! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and full of thoughtful touches. It’s set in a gorgeous location with two lovely pools, and the added bikes, beach and water gear were such a bonus. Brittney was incredibly proactive, kind, and responsive in her communication, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. She even provided a crib, highchair, and baby gate, which made traveling with our 10-month-old so easy. We stayed as four adults and a baby, and the apartment was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. Every detail was so well thought out—it really felt like a home away from home. It’s clear that Brittney has thought of everything to make her guests feel comfortable and welcome. We were sad to leave and would absolutely love to stay here again. This place is a real gem, and I recommend it 100%! Thank you so much, Brittney!

We had a wonderful stay at Patricia’s beautiful condo. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the amazing lanai with comfortable chairs, a beautiful view & a great grill. The place was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, tennis rackets, balls, towels & a cooler. The place was super clean which I really appreciate & had comfortable beds. The Ocean Club has a pool, amazing sunset views, drinks and a restaurant. We used the condo as home base to enjoy the sights around the island. Patrica was a great host and answered questions quickly and gave suggestions. Thanks for a great stay! Mahalo Patricia!

Lovely condo in a spectacular setting. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable and the condo was spacious. We spent most of our time outdoors having adventures, and the condo was a very comfy home base. It was very convenient having the Tropics restaurant within walking distance. We also managed to catch a gorgeous and tasty sunset dinner at the Lava Lava Club.

This condo was wonderful! Please be aware that the unit is a second-story walk-up, with no elevator. This was not a problem for us but could be for someone else. Overall, we were so pleased with our stay here! The condo was large and very clean, with an extremely well-appointed kitchen. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and so many toiletries and other supplies (laundry detergent, paper plates, Ziploc bags, etc.) were provided. A binder of helpful recommendations and directions was provided. Parking was right outside. Guests do need to submit a registration form to the property's main office within 24 hours of arrival (note: this paper is not in the binder, but rather at the main office). The second bedroom is off of the living room, separated by a moveable partition-- be aware for noise-sensitive sleepers. The provided beach supplies are plentiful! Truly a wonderful space with thoughtful caretakers.

We absolutely loved staying here! Martin & Rachelle’s place is even nicer than the photos. Martin was very responsive and provided great recommendations. He was extremely flexible and willing to work with us on check-in time. They had all you could ever need from a massive book collection and movie collection to puzzles and board games. We played multiple scrabble games outside on the Lani. You cannot beat the location. One of our favorite Air BnBs and hosts ever. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great! We had booked a different place to stay at during our vacation and ended up canceling it because the place was dirty and did not match what was advertised. We found Grant’s place and saw that it was available during our entire trip. We contacted Grant sharing our situation and asked if we could check-in with short notice (the same day). He had no problem with it and was very quick with all of his responses. The place was clean and in a great location. We will definitely stay there again.

Very clean, well-appointed, wonderful amenities, Hilton pool pass was such a nice addition and really made our stay, kid friendly, great location for our family. Would do it again!

We loved our stay at Joy's place! It was clean and spacious with a beautiful view toward the ocean. The facilities were lovely and the pools were quiet - the perfect spot to watch the stunning Kona sunsets. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops in Kona and enjoyed the beaches nearby. Joy was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for paradise in Kona.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

We had a great stay in Hawaii. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Kristina was extremely responsive and resolved our issues. The property is so beautiful and quiet - very family friendly. It was super nice to have the wagon, boogie boards and cooler during our stay. The back patio was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I had my parents and two boys, ages 8 and 5, who enjoyed all the amenities. We had an issue with the fridge not working on the day we arrived, which caused us to have to find alternate methods to keep our kitchen supplies cool. Norah purchased a mini fridge for the next day and we were able to use it and keep our food cold. I appreciate the effort that she went through to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The neighborhood is extremely peaceful. The pool was so nice and refreshing. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you for being a part of our family trip!

Five stars! We loved everything about stay! From the house being stocked with all basic utensils and everything we needed to make meals with, to accommodating toddlers and babies with packs n plays and bed rails, to alllllllll the beach gear you could possibly neeed, the perfect location to beaches and shopping plazas and the community pool. It was all amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location next Queens Marketplace for groceries, shopping and dining. Great unit with all the amenities. Pool is lovely.

We loved our stay! Beautiful and clean. It had everything we could have wanted. Allyson was so easy to communicate with and gave us many recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We hope to be back!!!
