Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kolkata

We were lucky to find out this gem in Kolkata and stayed here for three nights. A clean spacious & peaceful place at a pocket friendly price ! The hosts ( Soma Mam & her husband ) are welcoming in nature, kind & courteous. The numerous decorative pieces give the place a unique vibe. Hope to stay here again on our next visit to Kolkata !

Good stay did a photoshoot here, checkin was smooth checkout was satisfactory. The host was helpful and always reachable. Worth a stay if you are fascinated with heritage architecture.

One of the best Airbnb stays in Kolkata. House is in great condition with all the amenities mentioned. Quiet and safe neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, shopping and other things. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Ratanottama has been a great host. Her property lies at the heart of South Kolkata. South City mall is within walking distance of the apartment. Her property is a living trove of retro vibes. Someone who likes to get a taste of nostalgia and a feel of home away from home, please visit and stay at her property. I also had an opportunity to spend some time with her and exchange our views about our experiences of life. I highly recommend her property to my fellow travelers.

NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH GOOD CARETAKER....

Down to our last breath along our stay, it was very peaceful....very comfortable & remarkable stay, awesome ambiance and extremely helpful and kind host. Every amenities were clean, never felt like we are staying at an Airbnb, it felt more like home. Very open minded and always ready to help host with an awesome response time. Smooth check-in and check-out, very quite environment, well lit rooms and had many decors with ambient lightings too. Basically an awesome stay to take a breather away from the commotion of Kolkata's city life.

Great experience at Lima's place which was conveniently located close to landmarks such as the Jadavpur Station, 8B, and South City Mall. The house has a old day feel with all modern amenities. The host is extremely supportive and communicates clearly.

The host was very responsive to all our requests and questions. Always available to help and very friendly. The place is very nice and has a code lock on the door so it was very comfortable to manage between our group of friends because we didn't have to struggle with keys.

Stayed at Christina's apartment for 5 nights. The entire apartment was beautifully decorated, matched every description and more. Every corner of this apartment was very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. Christina, herself, is an excellent host, extremely understanding and helpful. We loved the place thoroughly. I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb in Kolkata Abantika Penthouse. The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated with all the essentials provided. The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to my work place

Your flat is excellent. You were superb 5 star super-hosts. I loved the 2 caretakers monitoring the gate. The young lady running the little shop downstairs - my ever reliable duck egg supplier. So close to everything. So easy to find. Uber drivers and Zomato delivery men had no trouble finding it. Everything I wanted or needed was in some drawer somewhere in one of the rooms. Trash bags aplenty. Paper Clips, cello tapes, incense sticks, sockets and adapters - one thinks it, one finds it! Like tiny miracles. And then you had your library! Oh what a rich and eclectic collection of fiction and non-fiction, in English and in Bengali in one small tight little library. Beautiful-wonderful-memorable-and eclectic: a neat little package of bliss tucked away in Gol Park, walking distance to the lakes, swim clubs, sky high cafes, fishmongers and booksellers. Revisits penciled in on my calendar!

Really nice place to stay in peaceful residential colony. Shops are nearby and caretaker is available all time for any doubt.

Kasturi is an amazing host. Very responsive and helpful. Property was extremely clean and spacious. All the amenities provided are exactly as listed and were in perfectly working condition. Very conveniently located with lots of restaurants, Coffee shops, Jodhpur Bazar, grocery stores all within walkable distance. Even the South city Mall is within 10/ 12 minutes walk from this BNB. Maid Service was excellent. Altogether we had a very pleasant stay at Kasturi’s BNB and would plan our future stays at this property.

It was easily located and check-in process was smooth. Place is well maintained and clean. Close to the airport. Overall a nice stay. Our host Joyjit was very helpful and responsive throughout.

The best part was it's location - easily accessible from all the tourist spots. The place was very cosy and apt for a family stay. It just felt like another home! Amenities like, television, airconditioners, washing machine, Fully functional kitchen made us feel really comfortable. It had a few good restaurants and a cafe too at a walking distance. Easy delivery by Zomato and blink it. You could easily book a uber too. Also, the host was very responsive and we would definitely recommend this place to whoever visiting Kolkata next!

It is a true gem, right in the heart of Kolkata yet so quiet and peaceful. The amenities met and/or exceeded our expectations. The owner and the communicator/s were extremely caring and always eager to help out. Benoy, the attendant had been sweet, kind and helpful in every single way. It felt like home. Next time situation comes, will absolutely love to be back. A warm and sincere "thank you" to the host and her team.

In one word it was a splendid stay indeed , from location to to home amenities everything was just spot on l. Host communicated very well in our entire stay. Ubytování bylo skvělé. Manažer byl vždy velmi vstřícný a díky němu jsem se cítila velmi vítána a jako doma. Nic nebyl problém. Byt je velmi pěkně řešený a vybavený, světelná podsvícení dodávala krásnou relaxační atmosféru. Každý pokoj má své soukromí. Vybavení kuchyně dostačující pro vaření. Majitelé maximálně vstřícný.Děkuji za tento pobyt a určitě všem doporučuji.
