Holiday houses in Kolios Beach

Three of us stayed at Litsa’s house. It’s a proper Greek house with plenty of space, lovely views and close to the beach. We named the beach ‘ours’ as it was so close and quiet. The house is well furnished .George was great and took us to the supermarket ( we did not have a car). He called briefly most days to see if we needed anything. Meeting Litsa and George was part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. I could try out my ligo ellinika, they were patient with my attempts to communicate. He offered to take us to the airport which was a great help. The walk to the mini market and bus stop for regular buses to town and other beaches is about 10-15 minutes up and downhill in places, so one needs to be relatively mobile, but it’s a beautiful stroll, even with my dodgy knees. We loved the house the garden the many places to sit outside. And it was away from crowds, so private. We self catered so can’t recommend restaurants which would be a 10 min walk away. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I just spent an unforgettable week in this stunning house in Skopelos Town. Every morning, I woke up to breathtaking views of the sea, the soothing sound of birdsong, and the incredible light and energy that make this island so magical. The house itself is absolutely perfect — like something out of a fairytale. It’s beautifully designed, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Bar and her partner are truly exceptional hosts — warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond by picking us up from the port when we arrived and dropping us off when we left, making our trip seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for the perfect Airbnb experience in Skopelos, look no further. This place is a dream — I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a beautiful home, in a very peaceful and picturesque part of Skiathos. Vicky is a lovely lady Always ready to help with anything, also she left us some very useful food items for Breakfast, which was a lovely gesture. The bed is very comfortable, and views to die for. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. Everyone we met was super kind and had wonderful recommendations. The terrace is also great. You can walk everywhere in a few minutes but are still away from the louder bars at the port.

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! We booked a last minute (baby moon) trip and were delighted that George’s place was available, from start to finish communication was brilliant. George and his mother went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The accomodation is set in very peaceful green part of the island, a small walk to a small shop, local restaurants and a local beach one side, and the other an adventure by 4x4 to the harder to get to beaches (this was our favourite). The garden is beautifully maintained it was so lovely to wake up to and have breakfast in, the bed was extremely comfortable and bedding so perfectly ironed it was such a treat to sleep in. A lovely big shower. All the woodwork and furniture is beautifully curated and handmade by George himself. We couldn’t fault our stay and recommend you book without delay. We will 100% be back (with baby) Thank you for making our week so special!
