Holiday rentals with lake access in Kolín District

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Das blaue Haus am See ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Natur, schwimmen im See und Ausflüge nach Prag. Wenn man den Berufsverkehr meidet, sind es nur 35 min nach Prag. Es war die besten Entscheidung für uns im Haus von Dominika zu wohnen für unsere Reise nach Prag und Umgebung. Das Grundstück ist schön und eingezäunt. Leider dürfen Hunde nicht mit an den See, aber in nur 6min erreicht man einen sogar noch tolleren See wo Mensch und hund zusammen schwimmen können. Alles in allem war es ein toller Aufenthalt. Danke an die Gastgeber.

Boli sme ubytovaní na víkend. Páčilo sa nám vkusné moderné ubytovanie, aj pohľad na jazierko. Bolo tam všetko čo sme potrebovali, aj komunikácia s majiteľom bola príjemná a rýchla. Jedine adresa, ktorá je nahodená v opise, nie je presná alebo kompatibilná s aplikáciami google maps a waze. Majiteľ však napísal adresu aj do správy, tak sme potom miesto našli. Je lepšie používať apku mapy. cz. :) Pokoj pri jazierku sme si užili aj raňajkami na vonkajšom stolíku, odporúčame.

I had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place in Slapy, Czech Republic! The house was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben. Gastgeberfamilie spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft selber liegt in einem ruhigen Ort und verfügt auch über Wlan (das ist super wenn man am eigenem Laptop arbeiten möchte, eignet sich also zB für reisende Studenten).Man kann sich auch schön vor die Unterkunft hinsetzen, zb mit einer Tasse Kaffee. Im Ort gibt es gute Restaurants, die im Sommer mit etwas Mut direkt über den Wehr erreichbar sind (mit wasserfestem Schuhwerk). Wir konnten auch eine wunderschöne Fahrt mit einem Ruderboot über den Fluss Sazava machen. Die Umgebung bietet auch schöne Ausflugsziele an, so wie Schloss Zruc (erreichbar mit der Eisenbahn). Wer in der Natur wandern möchte, findet auch zahlreiche Möglichkeiten.

Ubytování moc hezké, všude čisto. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

Wat een prachtige plek is dit! Rust, ruimte en een heerlijk huis. Binnen bleef het lekker koel tijdens de warme dagen. Het zwembad was schoon en verkoelend. De kegelbaan was een groot succes bij de meiden en op de tennisbaan konden we lekker sportief bezig zijn. De omgeving is prachtig en leent zich heel goed voor lange wandelingen. Schitterende dorpjes in de omgeving. De tips van de host zijn allemaal de moeite waard!

Krásný elegantní být. Pohodlná postel, dobře vybavena kuchyně, v koupelně kosmetika k použití. Dostatek ručníků. V budově výtah, jednoduchá orientace. Potraviny asi 2minuty pěšky. Moc pěkný výhled + balkón, při pěkném počasí pěkné místo na snídani. Není zde TV, což je vidět na fotkách i uvedeno v popisu.

Очень комфортная и светлая квартира. Все продумано до мелочей. Душевные хозяева. Благодарим за наше пребывание.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, in a peaceful area yet very close to the Old Town and public transport. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless. Super süße Location mit toller Möglichkeit auf dem Deck zu frühstücken. Die Kapitänskajüte ist sehr gemütlich und man hat Ruhe vom Getümmel der Stadt.

Ich war mit einer Freundin zu einem langem Wochenend-Trip in der Wohnung. Es war alles super und wir würden jederzeit nochmal buchen.

What a fantastic place! We would highly recommend Renata’s apartment. It was extremely clean, stylish and welcoming. Whether you want somewhere as a base to explore the beautiful Czechian countryside or want to see Prague but not to stay in Prague then this place works. Very peaceful yet accessible by both car and train. Renata and Michael were both very friendly and left us some garden produce. Even the foul weather - it rained the three days we were there - didn’t detract. We were able to watch the river rising from a, thankfully, safe distance.

Mooie locatie. een fijn huisje om een paar dagen te blijven. De faciliteiten zijn simpel maar alles is aanwezig. De omgeving is erg mooi en rustig. Vanuit het huisje is het goed te doen om Praag te bezoeken.

Ubytování bylo fantastické, čisté, účelné, krásné no prostě jedinečné. Vybavení chaty👍. Hostitel je milý, pohotový a komunikativní. Venkovní sezení je dechberoucí, nádherný výhled na řeku, vířivka😁a moc se těším až bude bazén a sauna. Určitě opět přijedeme. Moc děkujeme.

Úžasně klidné místo. Na oddech od města a reality perfektní. Ze začátku jsme si jako skupina kamarádů nebyli jistí, jak moc pohodlné bude být na pozemku zároveň s majiteli, ale nebylo si nač stěžovat – kooexistence vzhledem k velikosti pozemku byla úplně v pohodě možná. V domě je dostatečně vybavená kuchyně, dostatek místa na spaní a sezení, vše uklizené. Se sprchou se musí trochu zápasit co se týče nastavení teploty (ale teplé vody je dostatek a to je základ) a wifi je hodně slaboučká (takže je lepší mít na mobilu data).

Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein wunderschöner ruhiger Ort mitten im Wald. Das Haus ist alt aber sauber. Thomas ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, freundlicher Gastgeber.

Great place for a weekend with friends. It had all the amenities listed and we really appreciated how clean and beautiful it is! We will definitely consider coming back for more!

Tolles abgelegenes Haus mit riesigem Garten. Ideal für Badminton und Fußball, die Spielgeräte standen zur Verfügung. Viele Äpfel lagen auf dem Boden, ein wahres Paradies für unseren Hund. Direkt am Hauseingang ein Pfirsichbäumchen von dem wir Naschen durften. Tina war immer zu erreichen. Sie antwortete schnell und hatte gute Tipps. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Für 6 Personen hat es gerade gereicht. Unsere Vorgänger hatten leider die Pfannen sehr fettig und nicht sauber hinterlassen. Bei 30 Grad wird es im Dachschlafzimmer unangenehm warm, keine Rollos oder Jalousien. Die anderen Zimmer konnte man durch richtiges Lüften gut Kühlen. Die Polster für die Gartenmöbel hatten wir nicht gefunden, was für uns nicht tragisch war. Uns hat es gefallen.
