Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kolín District

Simply put, one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The house is spotless and comfortable in a very green residential neighborhood in a lovely small town about a 45 minute drive away from Prague. Communication with Jana and David was easy and they were really nice. There was not a single negative point during my stay. Don't hesitate!!

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

We were hosted very well by Jurij. He was responsive when we were missing things or had questions and always made himself available. The accommodation is easily accessible by buses 145 or 152 from the Kobylisy metro/tram stop (metro C in particular). The accommodation is located between Libenska and Cimice stops. Moreover, on the side of the Cimice stop, you will find a small supermarket open from 6am to 11pm as well as an ATM and pharmacy. Nearby there is an Albert where you can shop until 9pm and not far from the Repinska stop (with bus 152) you will have a Lidl. If you have children and you want to go to the zoo it will also be easy to access by taking bus 235 not far away (stop Repinska). The listing is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It is very well equipped including a very convenient indoor grill for cooking meat or vegetables quickly while we nibble on peanuts!

The house is great, very spacious and cozy. Jirka is always available, he took care of us and helps a lot. Ideal place, quiet, and close to Prague. Highly recommended.

I can only praise the place and Michal. Everything was in perfect order. The host greeted us, explained everything, and gave tips on where to go for food, how to get to the center, etc. I highly recommend this place.

Hana and Coenie’s beautiful and cozy property makes you feel right at home from the moment you enter—plenty of space for a large family, or in our case, a family of three. It is located in a peaceful, quiet, and serene neighborhood with easy access to the train or to the road for those who choose to drive. There are nice restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like going to Prague. We drove and had no issues getting to the home (contrary to another guest's comment). We were able to park right up to the front door. We loved this property and look forward to staying here during a future visit to Prague. We enjoyed looking at the mountain along with the chickens and ducks that live on the property.

I highly recommend this villa! The cleanliness was first-class, the pool and sauna were excellent. Overall it was an all-round great experience that I can only recommend.

We felt very comfortable with our 3 children. It is a beautiful quiet place in the middle of the forest. The house is old but clean. Thomas is a very reliable, friendly host.

The house is simply magnificent, perhaps one of the most beautiful we stayed in. Tastefully furnished, super clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The hot tub was helpful for relaxing after the sightseeing day. About 30 minutes from Prague, great and nice base to visit the city. Super recommended

Very lovingly designed accommodation with everything you need for a stay. It's very quiet and close to downtown. Shops, restaurants and a bus stop are nearby.

The perfect place to stay for exploring Kutna Hora. The apartment was spacious, bright and spotlessly clean with everything you need during your stay. Looking forward to our next stay.

The stay at Frantisek was great. We initially had concerns about whether the house with the fireplace gets sufficiently warm in December - but it had worked great, enough wood was available. We also liked the electronically operated sauna (and thus more flexible in terms of time). The house was very pleasantly furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped. The location in the middle of the forest is fantastic. The highway/highway mentioned in some comments is, depending on the wind direction, sometimes more, sometimes less to hear -- but never so loud for us that it would have bothered us. Otherwise, you just have to deal with the outdoor toilet (plum toilet). But if that doesn't bother you, you can have a super nice time in this cute cottage. A little paradise on earth! It was an absolute dream that Babora and her loved ones created. We had a wonderful time. Our two children immediately felt comfortable and described it as the most beautiful vacation ever. Thank you so much for the wonderful time
