I had such a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—tucked away from the noise and distractions, making it an ideal peaceful retreat. It felt like the perfect place to unplug and relax. The surroundings were beautiful and gave off a calm, cozy vibe. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly, which was a major highlight after long days of exploring and relaxing. The house was well-kept, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It really felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to recharge, this place is it. I’d absolutely come back again!

Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Ce fut un excellent séjour. Lydia et Goran sont des gens formidables, très accueillants, très chaleureux et très disponibles. Arrivés tard samedi soir, nous n'avions pas pu faire les courses et du coup ils nous ont servi un excellent petit déjeuner le dimanche matin (et aussi le jour de notre départ). Des fruits frais et de la grenadine maison étaient dans le frigo à notre arrivée. L'appartement situé au 1er étage de la maison est magnifique, spacieux, idéal pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Il y a aussi un studio supplémentaire à louer si on veut venir à plus. Il y a la climatisation et tout le nécessaire de toilette et la laverie (je tiens à le préciser car ce n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce). La situation géographique est idéale pour tout le centre (Ostrog, Niksic, Lac Skadar) et la côte adriatique (Bar, Budva, Kotor, Ulcinj ...). Les trajets faisaient environ 1h ou 1h30. C'est un peu plus loin pour le Tara Canyon (2h30) par contre. Un grand merci à Lydia et Goran !

Wij zijn met een aantal vrienden op vakantie gegaan naar Montenegro. Dankzij het goedkope huis hadden we genoeg budget over om leuke uitjes te plannen, buiten de rustige omgeving waar het huis staat. Maar ook de dagen thuis waren genieten! De verkoeling van het zwembad, airco en ventilatoren waren erg fijn! Van het kampvuur met barbeque hebben we ook goed gebruik gemaakt. Omdat de meeste touristische trekpleisters wat verder weg waren, konden we onderweg genieten van het prachtige landschap van Montenegro vanuit de huurauto's. Onze leukste uitjes waren: Piva lake, Kotor (Baai) en Budva/Becici. Hans en Ronique waren een fijne gastheer en gastvrouw! Ze reageerden vlot op berichten en zetten alles op alles voor een comfortabel verblijf. Ook gaven ze duidelijke instructies voor het huis en een heleboel tips voor tijdens het verblijf.

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und eine super Gastfreundschaft. Nur eine etwas weite Anfahrt nach Podgorica o.ä. Dennoch absolut empfehlenswert!

시내에서 다소 떨어진 위치였지만 자동차로 여행하는 사람들에게는 전혀 문제가 되지 않아요. 오히려 고요하고 아름다운 숙소에서의 숙박은 우리에게 많은 행복을 안겨다 주었읍니다. 호스트는 너무나 친절했고, 항상 신속하게 응답했으며, 정성으로 만들어준 팬게잌도 맛이 좋았어요. 이 숙소를 적극 추천합니다.

Wir hatten einen sehr guten, wenn auch kurzen, Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles, was wir brauchten, vorhanden und die Kommunikation war super einfach. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Der Vermieter und seine Familie sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

De woning is erg aangenaam, gezellig en zeer volledig uitgerust. Het schoonste huisje waar we in hebben verbleven in Montenegro. Nieuwe apparatuur in keuken en badkamer. Het is geen groot verblijf maar voor 4 personen prima. De veranda is een pre, je hoort de beek aan de overkant van het huisje. Beetje jammer dat het aan een zijweg van een vrij drukke doorgaande weg ligt, maar veel hinder heb je er niet van, alleen wat verkeersgeluiden op de achtergrond. Het huisje ligt centraal, dicht bij Kolasin en op 20 minuten rijden van ski-liften en ingang Biogradska Gora NP. Het contact met Aleksander verliep zeer makkelijk en hij was altijd direct beschikbaar. Ik raad het huisje zeer aan!

Logement compact, propre, calme et bien placé dans la vieille ville d'où l'on peut rayonner à pied. Un voisin adorable nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Restaurant La Lanterna et un salon de thé/bar Kaldorma très proches à recommander

El departamento de Miso es acogedor, decorado con muchísimo gusto y muy calentito: no tuvimos nada de frío. Está bien ubicado y tiene espacio para estacionar. Aunque nuestra estancia fue corta, Miso nos hizo sentir como en familia desde el primer momento. Se preocupó por nosotros desde antes de llegar, nos dio recomendaciones útiles para visitar la zona y estuvo siempre pendiente. Lo más especial fue el desayuno que preparó junto a su esposa con un costo adicional: delicioso y hecho con mucho cariño. Ambos son personas hermosas, muy amables y cálidas. Miso usó Google Translate para comunicarse y fue muy fácil entendernos. Nos sentimos como en casa. Fue una experiencia hermosa e inolvidable. Recomendamos este lugar con el corazón y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Qué hermoso lugar, por favor hospédense aquí. Gracias por tanto, Miso!

This place was exactly what we were looking for after a busy 5 days on the Montenegrin coastline. The location suited us perfectly for a peaceful end to our already amazing trip, with the calmness of the river and the array of wildlife making it extra special. The house very spacious with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors. Although Drazen does not speak English, the daughter was able to translate and offer support with any issues we had and Drazen himself was incredibly kind and would help with any matter or issue. The local breakfast made for us every morning was the perfect way to start the day. If you also have additional time, go to lake skadar and take a tour of the lake, it’s only a 30 minute drive. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm retreat! A true hidden gem.

Really amazing and luxurious modern villa, surrounded with beautiful mountain views and beautiful nature. House is well equipped and very nice. Great kitchen and living room. Bedrooms very comfortable. The villa have a great location, its a short distance drive to most attractions in the area such as Tara river, Dumitor national park, black lake and more. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Great and easy chick in. I will definitely love to visit again when im in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, what a unique and beautiful home! We enjoyed the perfect views and leisurely mornings. Breakfasts and dinners had a local flavor and were prepared by Radomir with love. The house is about 12 kms to the nearest ATM (Berane) so it's a good idea to have cash upon arrival. Radomir goes out of his way to ensure the guests are happy and enjoying their stay. I would definitely stay again!

这个房子是我们在黑山住过最棒的房源，景色秀丽，大落地窗外面就是森林，特别震撼但又很静谧。房子设施完善，房东还会准备免费饮料作为欢迎礼，房子的每一处细节布置都很用心，让住客有种宾至如归的亲切感，我们住得非常舒服。如果有机会再来扎布利亚克，我肯定会再选入住这个房子

very nice little mountain house. it matches the description, very remote location but very nice. we had the breakfast 2 times and I can definately recommend it! holy manoly it was so good. Snezana and her husband were very helpful. there was a power outage in the whole village (happens in these remote locations), but they kept us informed about the status and it got resolved within a couple hours (in the meantime we just went and ate somewhere haha). we would definitely go back if we visit montenegro again!

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in het huis van Drazen! Het is gezellig ingericht, met een lekkere bank, openhaard én verwarmde jacuzzi op het terras. Heerlijk na een dag buiten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Van wasmiddel en handzeep tot koffie, thee en een strijkbout. Drazen is altijd bereikbaar en zijn ouders zijn echt heel hartelijke mensen. De locatie is top: binnen vijf minuten sta je in het centrum van Žabljak. De omgeving is prachtig, we hebben mooie hikes gedaan en zelfs een dagje geraft. Als je van een actieve vakantie houdt, dan is dit echt een ideale uitvalsbasis. Wij zouden zo weer teruggaan!

Прекрасный дом, теплый, уютный, как дома! Спасибо хозяину, что откликнулся и оперативно подготовил дом к заселению. Забронировали за час до приезда. Печь натоплена, фрукты на столе, постели застрелены, красота! Гараж для машины очень удобно, не нужно чистить машину после снегопада. В доме полноценная кухня с посудомоечной машиной, духовкой, плитой. Большой холодильник. Накатались на санках и салазках, любезно предоставленными хозяином. Есть место для барбекю. Чудесное место для отдыха, очень тихо, вокруг горы и лес! Буду рекомендовать друзьям!
