The accommodation is located in the village of Pošćenski Kraj, in the zone of the Durmitor National Park, which is on the UNESCO List. More precisely, the "Hut" is located at the very foot of Durmitor - Savin kuk. On the other hand, the property is very accessible, by asphalt road, it comes close to the accommodation. The building itself was a traditional hut where the host family stayed for decades in the summer months, when it was also used for the production of cheese and skorupa. Renovated and represents a comfortable oasis, which is a combination of traditional and modern.

Two apartmants are located on the road for the famous ski resort in Kolašin, about 6 km away, and 3 km from the city center. These newly built and luxurious apartments are decorated in a modernstyle, there are large terraces in front of the house and a courtyard with parking space. Each apartment has TV, wi-fi internet, electric cooker, dishwasher. Out of winter season, the mountain provides good facilities for cycling, hiking and horseback riding, rafting on River Tara.
