A perfect location 20m from the sea in a very peaceful environment without any cars. It's all about walking. The sea is very beautiful, transparent and you can swim in front of the house. The accommodation is very well proportioned with its 4 independent bedrooms ideal for large families. Nada was very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We had a really perfect week and we recommend this apartment.

The only thing what I was not satisfied, was that bed were shor. Everything else was great.Kitchen ok, enough place, nice living room, great terrace, short distance to the beach.Thanks

Great apartment, central location. Quiet at night time and the space was huge! We had some trouble getting to the bus station the morning we left and they were extremely helpful!

Great location, 1min away from the main beach and grocery shops. Apartment just as the pics, clean and simple.

Everything is perfect, if you are looking for quiet, cheap place it's perfect. If you need only place to stay night and relax after sunny day it's the best choice. Room is in the sun only till noon and after it is covered by chilling shadow. Vrsi Zukve is small, quiet village but there was something "magical" and calm in it. You can take a walk by the sea, go to the other part of Vrsi with beach bars and few restaurants. It was great place to start 1-day trips to Zadar or Paklenica NP. Also there are few beautiful beaches (also sandy) but you should ask Ljubica how to find them, she was very helpful.

The stay at Goran‘s place was great! His very sweet mother who lives in the building welcomed us and showed us everything. The place is perfect for 2 people who want to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen is equipped pretty basic, you do need to bring some spices and something to make coffee in. Everything else was great for some easy cooking. The area is only 5 minutes with the car from Nin, which is a charming small town. Because we were there off-season, end of September, a lot of restaurants in this area were closed, but it was no problem for us to drive 5 minutes into Nin. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

Absolutely perfect. Friendly welcome, room, bathroom and kitchen nice and clean. We were only passing through for one night. I will be happy to come back.

The accommodation is an absolute insider tip. We were there with two families and five children. The children could play wonderfully in the garden, hammocks, swing, inline skates in front of the house since the street was a cul-de-sac. Everything is possible. We were allowed to harvest fresh lemons in the garden and cut lettuce. We could use all the herbs for our kitchen. Wonderful. We had problems with the dishwasher in the meantime and Annamarija immediately got back to us and sent someone over to repair it. Everything was wonderful! We'll be back ☺️

Well equiped apartment with a nice view on the bay, hiking trails around and lots to do in beautiful Croatia. Our hosts were very friendly and helped us settling. Calm neighbourhood and just what we were looking for.

I was very warmly welcomed by Marina. I arrived late at night, she was waiting for me, I thought that was great. Apartment is very clean and spacious, exactly as described. Very nice loggia overlooking the garden!! A great location, right in the old town of Nin, everything within walking distance!! Was able to communicate very well with Marina!! D

Ivančica welcomed us very warmly. The apartment was modern and clean, especially the bathroom was great :) As in the description, there was basic equipment in the kitchen and sufficient towels in the bathroom. Below the apartment there is another apartment that may be used. When we were there, no one was there. In this respect, we also had the outdoor area to ourselves, here you will find both a large dining table and a lounge corner to relax :) The surroundings are very scenic, you have both the mountains and the sea right on site. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, except for the sheep you rarely hear anyone here :) We were able to relax well. But you definitely need a car to get to the place. Wonderful house! It was all perfect for my family (2 kids): the flat is very very comfortable, clean and with all you need. Boško has been very kind and met us in person when we arrived. The beach is very very close to the house and so nice! Taxi boat and Rab town are very close too. I really suggest you to stay at House Astrid!!

Ivan welcomed us personally and offered us his help for everything. We spent 2 weeks with 2 children in the apartment and felt super comfortable. Everything you need is there, we didn't have to get any extras for the apartment this time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished. The dishwasher is simply worth its weight in gold and gave us valuable time 😉😁 One of the many small beach bays is in approx. 3 minutes' walking distance. It is rather quiet there and not at all overcrowded. It is great that there is a taxi boat nearby for €3 per person from the promenade to the city of Rab, even until night... The sandy beach in Lopar is about 20 minutes away. Shops are also relatively close, but more accessible by car or bike. It's a bit far on foot. Our conclusion: A sparkling clean apartment, a very nice and friendly host! Thanks for this great vacation on the island of Rab!

We had a really great and pleasant stay at Marins apartment. He is very helpful and we could even rent a car easily. He even sends me the jacket home because i forgot it 🙂 he also had great tips for the island and the apartment is perfectly located right at the sea. Definetly worth a visit especially with the big terrace! Thank you!

Very nice apartment and close to the village with a beautiful view

The house is in a great location. In 10 minutes walking you reach the beach below the house, by car in just 5 minutes we visited better beaches. The home was clean, tidy, and perfectly reflected what was shown in the photos. We were 7 young boys and found many activities in the area. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches to visit. It was a pleasure staying at Doris' home

What a lovely place to be. On top of a hill with a stunning view over the ocean. The appartment is even more beautiful than on the pictures. :) Angela's mother was very kind and helpful and made our stay at Rab very pleasant. Thank you for the lovely and warm hearted welcome. We stayed in Ante's house for a 2 weeks in August and would highly recommend this host. He is very responsive to the slightest request and knows all the right places to go. What's more, he's very friendly, and we'd like to thank him for his good humour throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus with the summer heat!
