Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Koksijde

Logement très bien, grand et propre. Malgré le camping a proximité très très calme. Pas loin de la mer 20 min à pied. Faudrait peut être ajouter un guide d'accueil en anglais, mais nous nous sommes débrouillés sans. A noter que 1 des 4 couchages est prévu pour enfant/ ado car c'est un lit superposé. Les hôtes disponibles a tout moment. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait.

Wat een heerlijk huis op een fijne locatie! De duinen liggen vlak naast de deur. Het huis was in werkelijkheid zelfs nog mooier dan op de foto's. Ook de communicatie verliep uitstekend. Toen we aangaven een parasol prettig te vinden, werd deze binnen een kwartier geregeld. Een fijne host en heerlijk huis.

We genoten gedurende een lang weekend van ons verblijf in het Duinhuisje met ons gezin van 8 volwassenen en 2 kinderen ! Het is een zeer gezellig ingericht huis, de keuken is van alles voorzien , er is een zalige tuin voor de kinderen met zandbak en schommel maar ook 3 tuintafels , voldoende ligzetels, … Voor ons is dit verblijf enkel met superlatieven te beschrijven en een echte aanrader ! Dank je wel ook aan Ann dat we vroeger konden inchecken en aan de vriendelijke buurman voor het onthaal en de uitgebreide uitleg.

Het was onze tweede keer verblijven in Isabelles kleine paradijs! Het is er heerlijk vertoeven, heel fijne plek in een rustige omgeving op wandelafstand van het strand. Voorzien van alle nodige luxe en meer. Ook voor de hond was het simpelweg genieten! Wij keren graag nog een keer terug!

Prachtig huis, ongelooflijk mooi vormgegeven door de architect/eigenaar, zowel van binnen als van buiten én met oog voor detail. Bovendien midden in een oase van groen en op wandelafstand van de zee met nog leuke adresjes om te ontdekken ook. Hier vonden wij echt alles waar wij blij van worden! Deze parel staat voortaan bovenaan op ons 'even-weg'-lijstje ;-)

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Isla and were lucky to have fabulous weather. It's a lovely home, located in a holiday park, but peaceful and private, with a totally enclosed garden, making it very safe for children. The house is very well equipped, and there are many extras such as children's toys, bikes, scooters and petanque. The park has a well stocked supermarket, and there are many activities going on, although most have charges. The beach and nearest tram stop are about 30 minutes' walk away. We'd recommend Kusttram which runs at frequent intervals up and down the Belgian coast. A day ticket is just 9 euros. Oostende is lovely (about 45 minutes on the tram). Communication with Griet was great, and she was super helpful. Check in is a little complicated, but Griet supplies excellent instructions and photos to help you. Parking is a few minutes' walk from the house, but you can drive right up to the property for unloading and loading.

We stayed with three generations family in this wonderful house. Fully equipped: washmachine, dishwasher, all the seasonings in the kitchen to pingpong table, soccer table, air hockey table and darts We specifically loved the towels: four fluffy per person is a luxury you don’t always find in an airbnb Line is a gracious and helpful host with a great network for local restaurants Highly recommend

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

The apartmen great for us and our three kids (9, 7, 4): very clean and well maintained just a few meters from the beach. Check-in and check-out is all self service and very easy with Sam’s instructions sent the day before. Finding parking is challenging during tourist high season but you can park the car in front of the place while you temporarily unload. Had a fantastic stay and the apartment has everything you need!

Logement conforme à la description. Celui-ci se trouve à 2 pas de la mer et de la rue marchande. Il dispose d'une place de parking privative. Linges à disposition, on les sentait fraîchement nettoyés. Remise des clés en mains propres donc attention au timing. Séjour très agréable et à conseiller.

Spent two nights at Martin's place. The studio space was well managed with all functionalities. A little tricky to warm up the place but Martin was extremely helpful and walked me through it.

4ème séjour très réussi dans cet appartement tellement agréable, beau et lumineux. Hôte très réctive.

Hele leuke locatie aan de Belgische kust. Perfect voor gezinnen met (jonge) kinderen. Heel goed voorzien van materialen en speelgoed voor de kinderen.

Alles super! Wunderschön, sauber und modern! Ein Grundriss wäre hilfreich. Das Hochbett ist nur mit einem Schrank abgetrennt, also kein eigenes Zimmer. Wir kommen wieder!

Check in/out sehr einfach und sehr gut beschrieben. Wunderschönes Ausblick wie auf dem Foto. Der Strand und Angebote alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Auto müssten wir nicht anmachen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber reibungslos und schnell.

I had a fantastic experience staying in the apartment. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and check-in was smooth and easy. Sabine was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks, local tips, extra amenities. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Aussicht war traumhaft und es war relativ ruhig im Haus und auch am Strand. Wir werden von den paar Tagen Auszeit noch lange zehren und überlegen auch noch einmal wieder zu kommen :)

Ich hatte, gemeinsam mit meiner besten Freundin, ein Wochenende in dem Studio von Jocye. Der kontaktlose Check-in war super einfach. Die Nachrichten von Jocye waren einfach, verständlich und sehr freundlich. Auf Rückfragen hat man innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort erhalten. Das Studio selbst ist sehr süß. Für zwei Personen wirklich gut geeignet. Es ist alles da was man so braucht. Auch auf der Schlafcouch kann man wirklich sehr gut schlafen. Es ist sehr ruhig und der Ausblick aufs Meer ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Wir haben uns an der Strandpromenade Fahrräder gemietet und haben die Umgebung erkunden. Schöne, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Für 2 Personen mehr als ausreichend und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Es war alles super. Das Studio ist sauber, sehr schön gemütlich eingerichtet und der Ausblick auf das Meer ist traumhaft. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr ruhig, direkt am Strand und man kann einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen… wir haben es sehr genossen und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern! Eine sehr schön mobilisierte Wohnung mit einer super Aufteilung! Es ist eine ruhige Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind in der Nähe.
