The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. Just 29 steps to 62-mile Cardinal Greenway, longest trail in Indiana. Might see an eagle hunting along the river too. You will love it!

The guest house is a converted 100-year-old barn on a historic property in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Sitting on 8-acres of land, you can enjoy the big open space of farm living while still being only a few minute drive to downtown Carmel. Start the day with a cup of coffee while watching deer roam the property. Then take a short ten-minute walk to explore the many shops, bars, and restaurants located nearby. This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.
