Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Mukavuuksiin kuuluu mm. pyykkikone, astianpesukone ja palju, jota vuokrataan erillishintaan (50 eur). Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet eivät sisälly hintaan. Uutuutena 2024 nuotiopaikka pihassa. Tulentekovälineet löytyvät paljun vierestä postilaatikosta, joka aukeaa samalla koodilla kuin avainkotelo.

A cozy and compact apartment. In the apartment, there is one bedroom with one bed (160 cm) for 2 people. The bedroom has no door. It is possible for a third person to sleep on the sofa. The apartment is close to nature. A nice bike path is available to the city center, which is about 3 km from the apartment. Bicycles can be borrowed/rented. Sauna in the yard sauna is possible. Small house in the countryside

Stay in the countryside in the village of Rautia. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. There is a new outdoor sauna in the yard, which can be rented separately.

Separate apartment with private entrance in wooden house in the neighborhood of Skata/Norrmalm. Quiet area and close to the city center. In the bedroom/living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed. Suitable for 1-4 persons. The bathroom is newly renovated. Free parking outside the apartment. Close to mini golf, frisbee golf course, chip court as well as cafe, restaurants and grocery stores.
