Nissinniity's 30 m2 sauna cottage is your resting place in the middle of nature. The loft sleeps 2-3 people, downstairs there is a sofa that can be spread out for 2 people. The cottage is winterized. The host's log cabin is located in the same yard. The cottage has its own quiet courtyard bordering the lake. In the summer, the lake refreshes you with swimming, rowing and fishing. In winter, you can ski or snowshoe on the lake. The linen towels of Lapuan Kankurit bring everyday luxury to your sauna moments.

Paritalo Pusula

A two-bedroom apartment at the end of a peaceful road. The peace of the countryside in the middle of the village. We live in the same house, so we'll probably be there when you arrive. Even though we live in the same house, the apartment has its own entrance and privacy for the stay. There is an outdoor sauna in the yard that can be used. If you want a sauna, please let me know when booking. We have animals that live their own lives. This also includes animal noises. The sheep pop and the rooster is crowing.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

There's room in the yard to move around and play. In common areas, you can use a kitchen and a washer.

A historic studio apartment near Kokkola's old town. Stay in an idyllic studio in a log house built in 1904 with clean indoor air. The studio is located on the upper floor of a detached house and has a quiet courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast. Beautiful views of wooden houses from the windows. 10 min walk to the market/station. Free parking, air conditioning, washing machine, linen, towels. 2 beds (80x200), third person +20€ (=extra mattress+linens+towel). Pets allowed.

StrandRo - Cottage by the lake

Welcome! Villa StrandRo is a cozy and peaceful cottage by the lake. A marked nature trail starts right next to the cottage, a children’s playground is about one kilometer away, and both a rowing boat and a barrel sauna – available all year round – are free to use. We live in the same yard with our two school-aged children, and we are happy to help or share tips about the best local experiences if you wish. We also rent out SUP boards.

Small house in the countryside

Stay in the countryside in the village of Rautia. Beds are already made. If necessary, there is a sofa bed in the living room for 1-2 people. The beds in the second bedroom can be made into a double bed, a travel bed and extra mattresses are available on request. Cutlery for about 8 people. The property has a wood-heated sauna. There is a new outdoor sauna in the yard, which can be rented separately.

Sigges Inn

Sigges Inn is a private accommodation of about 70 m2 consisting of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms. In addition, there is a large terrace (100m2) as well as a glazed terrace (30m2) with outdoor kitchens available. The accommodation is suitable both for a couple or a family. Pets are also allowed. Breakfast can be ordered against separate fee.

Nostalgic Switchman's Cottage, approx. 50 m²

The house is old - built in 1908 - the barracks building of VR and once served as an accountant/changer's house. The old-fashioned space was renovated in 2022 and made available from the beginning of 2023. In a nostalgic cabin, you'll sleep peacefully, and stay atmospherically. You are warmly welcome!
