Very nice and peaceful place. Tidy and beautifully decorated interiors. We wanted to take care of the final cleaning, plus excellent supplies and equipment! The place is ideal and cozy for a big family. There's plenty of space inside and in the yard.

Our stay was perfect! The house and the wood-heated sauna in the beach were amazing and truly made our stay feel like paradise. :-)

Peaceful, in the midst of nature, we spent the nights after the race day. The kitchen was good and well-equipped, the house was clean, cozy, and warm to the breezy days spent outside. Thanks, we enjoyed it.

Beautiful, bright and tidy apartment right on the water! The living room had glass doors straight to the terrace and it was lovely to enjoy the sunshine and watch the bird life of the water! The bedrooms were clean, the beds were good, and the bedding was clean and fresh. The sauna would have been a plus, but the shower was functional. The apartment matched the description and was very clean without any unnecessary detail. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, dishes for a larger group, and a special mention of a good selection of spices! Messaging with Marion was smooth and friendly. His apartment is in the same building at a different entrance, but it didn't hurt our vacation. I recommend this place!

We spent a long golf weekend in Lappajärvi. The lake golf is a 15-minute drive away and the S-market course on the way. The best atmospheric log sauna on the beach and nicely, and you could swim safely. No muddy bottom and water all the way to the pole for a long time. Best for six people with a stay. There were eight of us and a couple of us in the main cabin were more modest. Of course, it doesn't hurt in a laid-back group of boys… In the yard, a nice yard kitchen with a canopy, where the gas grill can be grilled and, if necessary, with trees. The communication with Lotta went smoothly and everything went very friendly.

The apartment was clean, we found everything we needed. Easy to get in and clear instructions. Nice place!

An incredibly nice home in a perfect location. Our family of five adults spent a long weekend at Pia and Roy's place and really enjoyed it. The apartment is large enough to accommodate the whole family, fresh, and well equipped. The hosts responded quickly to messages, were nice, and easy to communicate with. The crown on the work was the wonderful wood sauna with great views. It was big enough to accommodate the whole family and was perfectly on the scale between hot and humid. The nice jetty with a ladder into the water made it easy to take a swim between laps. The location was perfect, the apartment was bright and nice, and we will stay here the next time we visit Jakobstad!

Beautifully decorated, very clean apartment. When we arrived, there was a heavy thunderstorm and chop in the dark, the outside lights in the house didn't work, but the Kirppu restaurant vendor showed us inside the right door. In the morning, we were able to enjoy the sun and an incredibly beautiful lake view of the fall summer. The price-quality ratio is really on track!

I have stayed here several times. I always feel when I come home. The area on the shore of Lake Lappajärvi is great. The apartment was clean and tidy every time. Nice to chat with your host and easy to communicate with.

Communication with Eva was smooth and fast, both in advance and when needed. The apartment was very spacious and bright! A positive special mention of a sturdy sofa bed that was a good place to sleep. Highly recommend this place!

Jacob Oasis turned out to be a great find and perfect place for us to have a birthday getaway! The house is very well equipped, and even though it was very windy during our stay, we enjoyed jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and just looking at the water and watching sunrises. We even had a photoshoot! Great deal, highly recommended!

Lovely and relaxing place with very helpful hosts

We got exactly the rest and peace we needed from the vacation. Swimming and saunas, rowing and fishing, sitting on the terrace, and just enjoying the peace. And the weather was the top. The place was made for our vacation needs!

Very stylish and spacious place lots of windows you can feel like always so close to nature. The backyard it's also mesmerizing it have a wonderful shape. Sauna in front of lake. Very nice house. Just remember that it lack of normal toilet but you can live with it.
