Villa Bougainvillea

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Gorgeous stone Cottage by the sea.

This unique stone cottage is built on a 2,5 acres estate, filled with olive and palm trees and is located just 200 m from the secluded east beach of Agia Galini. The cottage is 42sqm with a bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Air-condition and Wi-Fi are also available as well as an external shower. Outside the cottage, besides the beautiful olive trees, herbs & plants, there is a spacious sitting area under an enormous olive tree.

The little Pearl is a small, traditional, Cretan stone house that is designed for a maximum of two people. It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

A beautiful, modern style apartment in Kokkinos Pyrgos, only 100m from te beach. You can find everything near (super market, taverna-restaurant, cafe, bar, bus). Sights you can visit: Matala, Phaistos palace, Agia Galini, othes ancients, many beaches to the round area! Heraklion and Rethymno are 60km away (60min). Timpaki is 2km and there are bank, ATM, taxi, post office. The weekly local market in the next village of Timpaki is on Fridays.

In my apartment, the most special place is the wonderful sea view from the balcony, which makes you feel the ultimate relaxation and tranquility combined with the interior decoration. Also next to you at 50 meters is the coastal avenue of the Red Tower with the sandy beach that you can enjoy your swimming. There are also many coffee and restaurants with Greek cuisine and fresh fish. Everything you need i will be there for you.

Situated in front of the port of Kokkinos Pyrgos, Isalos offers beautiful views from morning till dawn. Guests will surely have relaxing moments in the big balconies overlooking the garden, the fishing boats approaching the harbour and the sunset. Surprisingly, the beach is only a few steps away and there are free sunbeds and umbrellas where they can be served by the nearby cafes and tavernas.
