Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

The Tiny (off grid) House on Wai Māhanga Farm

Your Air Conditioned accoms are a small Off Grid Tiny Home. It is situated in Taumārere just 3 kms out of Kawakawa on SH11 on the way to Paihia on our working Regenerative Farm. Specifically built for couples to enjoy the privacy and beautiful farm views over green paddocks to the Cycleway and Vintage Railway which border our property. The tiny house is intimate, open plan, with a small kitchen incl a double gas stovetop and a decent wee fridge/freezer. Internet is provided through Starlink!

Stunning eco cabin encircled by 90 Mile Beach

Surrounded by nature and encircled by the entire stretch of 90 Mile Beach & Ahipara Shipwreck Bay, enjoy primal sea, sky and forest in a totally private setting. By day see the skies from your bed through floor to ceiling French doors, or from your private deck. Watch the sun across the ocean from the tip of Cape Reinga the northernmost point of NZ - visible from this cabin, then the sunset behind Ahipara. By night enjoy the stars as little light disturbs your view in this hilltop setting.

Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Opononi Oasis

The Opononi Oasis is a newly renovated 2-bedroom holiday home. Facing north you will have uninterrupted views of the Hokianga Harbour and sand dunes. Suitable for up to 4 people with two queen beds. Linen and towels are provided and fibre has just been installed. It is a place to completely unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle and enjoy all that Northland has to offer. This home has been in the family for 26 years and is to be enjoyed and respected. No pets allowed.

Fairytale Treehouse

Please note that no additional Airbnb fees or cleaning fees are charged. This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Pams Place

A sunny 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in the centre of town. Only 1 min drive and easy walk to the main shopping area of town. Two outside decked areas to enjoy coffee or a few drinks. Handy to all shops, restaurants and cafes, hospital, Police station and court house. Perfect place to stay for tourists or professional people. The house is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms and ample parking.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.
