Ob alleine, zu zweit oder als Familie – dieses gemütliche, vollmöblierte Apartment bietet alles, was du für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt brauchst. Es befindet sich im 1.Stock unseres Hauses und ist über das Stiegenhaus getrennt begehbar. Es liegt in bester Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom See, Universität und Stadion entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar. Supermärkte, Drogerie, Apotheke, Bäckereien und Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung.

Seehaus-Kärnten "Wildenstein"

Naturparadies abseits vom Trubel Eine Oase für Ruhesuchende und naturverbundene Aktivurlauber auf einer Insel in Südkärnten, umgeben von der Drau und dem Linsendorfer See. Der private Seezugang und die eigene Badebucht befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Weg ist an einem Apfelgarten und Blumenwiesen gelegen, der See ist in ca 200 metern fußläufig erreichbar. Die modernen Holz Bungalows sind direkt am Drauradweg gelegen, ein Highlight für Radsportbegeisterte.

Der Pool lädt zum Chillen und zum Entspannen ein. Zum Klopeinersee sind es 10 km, Tennisplätze sind fußläufig erreichbar, mit dem Rad kann es direkt vor der Haustüre losgehen . Für das leibliche Wohl sind fußläufig verschieden Gasthäuser die mit regionaler Küche punkten.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Enjoy the nature view and private swimming area.

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).
