Loved staying at Danielle’s cabin. She’s a great host and goes above and beyond to make your stay worth it. Beautiful walks all around and a beautiful little town in its self. Would highly recommend for a solo or couple get away and I would definitely stay here again! 5* All around!

Ellen is very kind, quickly answered all our doubts and was always on the lookout for us. Great place to go with children, they have room to play in the garden, there are even some toys. The location is ideal to visit Amsterdam, Edam, Alkmaar, the mills of Zanse Schaan... The house is very clean and very welcoming, easily accessible and parking at the gate. It has everything you need: oven, kitchen, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker and coffee, kettle, towels, rags... we would repeat without a doubt!!!

We had a relaxing break in Anita's beautiful tiny house. It's even nicer than the pictures! Despite the rain and cooler temperatures, we were able to really enjoy our stay. Thank you very much dear Anita for welcoming us so warmly and having us as guests. We will be happy to come back. 😊

We enjoyed the stay 100%! Serge is the perfect host, accommodating, but always reserved, polite, friendly, helpful - we were just fulfilled every wish and nothing was missing in this luxurious, absolutely thoughtful place. High-quality appliances in the top equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, baking paper, aluminum& plastic wrap, etc.), cozy sofa & toilet, nice bathroom, it was nice and warm (in cool April). We were able to wash our laundry and also let it dry in the dryer. In front of the windows were screens, good blackout curtains in the bedroom and nice screen during the day. You can park right in front of the property in a large parking lot, the car is always in view from the living room & kitchen. We will be back! See you soon Serge and thank you for the lovely holiday.

The interior was spectacular. Just what i was looking for. The decor was the star of the house. Our group of 9 was very comfortable, especially sitting around the enormous dining table. The bathroom was not adequate for a large group and the bathroom basin too narrow. The attic room was only reachable by a steep ladder and could only be used by a young and fit person. on the other hand, the beds were comfortable and of good quality. In fact everything in the house was quality and that made the stay a success. Thank you Marike.

The cottage was very clean and much bigger than we imagined with a very nice living-dining area. Located 30 kms north of Amsterdam the place was very convenient to go for our planned tours. A beautiful canal located right next to the cottage not to mention that we could park our car right in front.

I was there with my brother for his birthday. The family was really friendly and we were invited to sit together and we talked for a really long time too. Would recommend the bnb to anyone looking for a place to sleep but also wants to meet really nice people. The room is also really nice and tidy. You have your own area with kitchen and share the bathroom with other guests.
