There is access to a terrace with a view of horse paddocks and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The home is located about 1 km. within walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly into the center of Copenhagen. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. There are 2 single beds located in the room on the 1st floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

The apartment is rented as a separate part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of mum, dad, two boys aged 7 and 8, and a curious dog.
