Cozy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the center of Køge. Walk distance to shopping and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live a family consisting of mother, father and two boys, ages 6 and 7, as well as two curious dogs and a cat. One bedroom and possible possibility of bedding for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if there are any questions.

Centrally located in the middle of Zealand between Køge and Ringsted and with quick access to the highway to the east, west, south and north. Everyone is welcome - including craftsmen! The apartment is on the first floor. It is 112 m2 and consists of three bedrooms, dining room/living room in the same room, kitchen with small dining area and bathroom with bathtub. There are four single beds and one double bed. There is free coffee, tea, cleaning products, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as well as laundry soap for the entire stay.

Welcome to a lovely villa apartment on two floors in Strøby Egede. An external staircase takes you up to the apartment's spacious roof terrace and main entrance. The apartment is spread over two floors with 85 m ² on the 2nd floor and 21 m ² on the 3rd floor. On the 2nd floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed. On the 3rd floor there is a double bedroom and an extra room with a single bed. The stairs are a little steep and are less suitable for those with walking difficulties. Ceiling height on the 3rd floor is 185-200 cm.
