Nyd en stilfuld oplevelse i denne centralt beliggende bolig som jeg udlejer når jeg opholder mig i Ukraine eller er på ferie. Boligen ligger ca. 1 km. i gå-afstand til stationen, hvorfra det tager ca. 30. min med toget direkte ind til centrum i København. Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Der er 2 enkeltstående senge placeret på værelset på 1 etagen med 2 madrasser på gulvet. Dette er det eneste værelser der kan anvendes som soveværelse ved udlejning.

Cosy and newly renovated apartment in a larger house. Central location in the centre of Køge. Walk to shops and trains. Close to beach and forest. The apartment is rented as a separate part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of mum, dad, two boys aged 7 and 8, and a curious dog. One bedroom and the option of an extra bed for smaller children. Free parking with plenty of space in front of the house. Please let me know if you have any questions.

If you love the countryside, nature and time to relax with the family and friends, you will love this beautiful house from the 1870´s. The house is 209 m2 with fantastic view too the open fields. A big garden surrounds the house with a playground. Only a 5 minute walk to a big forest. There is also a train station where the train can take you directly to Copenhagen city center in 42 minutes. Also located 15 minutes drive or 10 min by train to the beautiful old town of Køge and the beach.
