The large lakeside property is a haven for adventure and relaxation, perfect for swimming, soaking up the sun, enjoying nature and unwinding. The contrast with overflowing lakes. Well protected, separated from the house only by an access road. A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.
