You can use the entire second floor of a newly built house in Nankoku City, which is located next to Kochi City. It is a two-unit house, and you can go directly to the 2nd floor from the private door. 2LDK, 25 tsubo (80 square meters), spacious room with a focus on interior and lighting. There is a distance from the neighboring house, and the view of the fields spreads from the window, so you can spend a quiet and relaxing time. A Healing ceramic water purifier is installed at the water source. All the water that comes out of the faucet (including the bath) is delicious water that can be drunk as it passes through the water purifier. 15 minutes by car from Kochi Airport. It is a very convenient location, 12 minutes from the highway entrance, Nangoku Interchange, and 5 minutes from Nankoku South Interchange. It is not far from Kochi City, about 15 minutes. It is a great place to use as a base for sightseeing trips, with good access to both the east and west of Kochi Prefecture. Free parking available There is also a cafe on the premises that is open from 9: 30 am to 5: 00 pm, and you can use it anytime during business hours. It is a small shop and restaurant that opened 65 years ago in front of Iyo-Nada Station. Eventually, it became a three-story large supermarket & family restaurant Popai, but then declined due to the population decline. The restaurant was semi-closed. Then, a college student's grandson who lived in Kanagawa made up his mind. "I want to protect my beloved grandmother's house in Futami!" He moved and took over the coffee shop. And the long-awaited guest house was opened in the back of the coffee shop. A private rental accommodation limited to one group per day is now open along the coast near Shimonada Station in Iyo City, Ehime Prefecture. The sky and sea spread out before you, as beautiful and blue as you can see.　It creates a calm space based on the color of the plaster. You can overlook the Seto Inland Sea, and on the first floor, you can cook in a stylish kitchen while watching the sunset. On the second floor, you can watch the sunset on the terrace and make things. There is one queen sized bed. There is one Koala sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed.　 There is one double bed on the second floor. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Natural yeast bread and Rodan coffee are included for breakfast. The tableware is the work of Tomoya Sasaki, a potter from Ehime Prefecture, and uses Mustakibi and Ryusen kilns. For towels, we use Iori towels from Imabari Towel.　Linen sheets are used. If you need dinner, you can use the adjacent Shioji restaurant, which is for guests only.
