The apartment is in a perfect location. Walking distance to 2 supermarkets, shopping mall, the bakery and restaurant, etc. Nice view from a window of Colombo city.

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

We had a wonderful stay of 3 days.. Everything was neat and tidy, and everyone was so helpful. Above all, it was very peaceful and there was absolutely no disturbance. Great stay..Hope to come back..

Luxury apartment in the heart of Colombo. The view from the 26th floor is incredible, with the city and the harbour making for a gorgeous vista, especially at sunset. Thaths was very welcoming and helpful- especially appreciated the essentials like tea and milk. The apartment itself is cozy and luxurious. It's wonderfully decorated and equipped with modern utilities. The beds were extremely comfortable and I had the best sleep I've had in a very long time. Location couldn't be better; everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The pool and gym were a nice bonus. Can't wait to stay here again - will definitely be coming back!

Kr kindly accepted a short notice booking from me. The apartment was perfect for my needs as a solo female traveller attending Gangarama Temple’s Nawam Perahara. I could even see the precession from the balcony. The apartment was suitably clean and tidy. Stunning finishes and decor. Great hot water shower and aircon - two of my must haves :) Kr was very responsive to my questions and gave detailed information of how to self check-in. The building staff are very friendly and helpful for anything you might need support with. Recommend staying here if you’re in Colombo.

Fantastic apartment with a stunning rooftop pool that had exceptional views of Colombo. Sumudu was very responsive and accommodating of our special requests. I look forward to staying here again sometime in the near future.

I had a good stay at Irushi's apartment. They were kind enough to meet me at both the check-in and the checkout. Early checking-in and late check-out were important to me and she was flexible to accommodate my request. I didn't cook but I noted all required items were there. The washing machine was a great help for me. Thanks for your hospitality.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

The property is conveniently located just few steps from Nawala Road. Lots of dining options around . The decent size air conditioned bed room and two toilets , can park a car . Kitchen is fully equipped. Large roof top space suitable for bbq or party. Over all good place .

Ms. Udeni was very helpful when we stayed and her place was very peaceful, had wonderful surroundings and is very clutter free and clean.

Nylander was a great place to stay on our first night in Sri Lanka. The residents of the cooperative made us feel very welcome and told us about their life together. The place was spotless and well-maintained! We stayed for over a month, and Janith’s dad was always available and happy to help whenever needed. As it was my first time using Airbnb, I was a bit nervous, but Janith reassured me that the place was safe and it truly was. Its proximity to the city was incredibly convenient. I’m so glad I chose this place because they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

A very "cozy" apartment indeed: it suited our family of 3 adults perfectly. Amazing views & ambience. The apartment is located in a very central part of Colombo with easy access to many eateries, hotels & shopping outlets. There is a supermarket directly opposite the apartment building, which was extremely convenient. The apartment building had excellent security staff, who were so very kind & obliging, a BIG THANK YOU to them for helping us with all our luggage & shopping bags at varied intervals & also helping us safely navigate the many cabbies we travelled with.😀 The owner of the apartment was flexible with check-in & check-out times which was so helpful. He even met us at the apartment when we checked in way early in the morning. Disappointingly the wifi in the apartment was very unreliable. All other appliances including the washing machine & hot water system worked fine though, no problems. A fantastic holiday stay all in all! 🌸

Located in the heart of the city, walking distance to Colombo city centre shopping mall, bakery and a super store. The master bedroom gives almost 180 degree paraomic views of the city , the lake and the sea. Well curated interior designs gives a grand guesture . The host Chathura is very responsive and flexible. I'd love to come back and no hesitation to recommend this place for any guests looking for a luxury apartment in Colombo city centre.

The apartment is in excellent condition and everything worked very well. We found it was perfect for our short stay, with the location being an added positive. The common amenities in the building were excellent and the views from the rooftop and the 11th floor were amazing. The checkin and checkout processes were very clear and straightforward. Overall a great place for a stay in Colombo. Highly recommended.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. Beautiful, spacious well arranged apartment that we felt like our second home during our stay. Place is well presented neat & tidy & had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. The host was an excellent communicator who helped us in many ways even including arranging a contact for airport transportation. wonderful recommendations, safe and spacious apartment with thoughtful touches, even a few snacks and refreshments provided. We were happy we decided to stay here. check in was super easy. The view from the apartment was nice. AC works well and the apartment even has a washer and dryer for clothing! easy to call a tuk tuk directly outside the apartment. the place is very safe, also great for families. strong wifi. 10/10!

Pushpa’s place is well presented and lovely to stay in. The apartment has everything you may need and is perfectly situated close to the airport for your first night/last night in Sri Lanka.
