ძალიან მყუდრო, სუფთა და კარგი სახლი, როგორც ოჯახისთვის ასევე სამეგობროსთვის. თუ გინდათ რო თავი სახლში იგრძნოთ და ყველა კომფორტი დაგვხდეთ აუცილებლად გირჩევთ ამ ბინას. სახლს აქვს ეზო სადაც შეგიძლიათ განათავსოთ თქვენი ავტომობილი, რაც ძალიან კომფორტულია. რაც შეეხება მეპატრონეს, ის ძალიან თბილი და ყურადღებიანია, ყოველთვის მზადაა დაგეხმაროთ. Очень уютный, чистый и хороший дом, как для семьи, так и для друзей. Если вы хотите чувствовать себя как дома и иметь все удобства, я определенно рекомендую эту квартиру. У дома есть двор, где вы можете припарковать свою машину, что очень удобно. Что касается хозяина, он очень теплый и внимательный, всегда готов вам помочь. Very cozy, clean and nice house, both for family and friends. If you want to feel at home and have all the amenities, I definitely recommend this apartment. The house has a yard where you can park your car, which is very convenient. As for the owner, he is very warm and attentive, always ready to help you.

Нам очень понравилось провести несколько дней в этой квартире! Мы засылали и просыпались под шум волн. Место тихое,но в то же время в пешей доступности находятся магазины,аптеки,рестораны с живой музыкой. Море в трех минутах и из окна открывается чудесный вид. В самой квартире есть всё что нужно для готовки, хорошая стиральная машина и утюг. Всем этим мы успели воспользоваться. Просторная душевая, много полотенец. В спальне очень мягкий матрас,кому-то это может быть плюсом,а кому-то минусом. В общем мы отлично отдохнули☺️ Спасибо!

Tamar’s place felt like home because there was everything you could think of at hand, it felt like there actually lives a host who takes care of everything. Tamar also was very flexible regarding checking in & out which was a life saver considering our bus schedules. The place has minimalistic and modern vibe, is very comfortable and the location is great: right on the beach. You can even watch the sunsets from balcony☺️

- There is a transfer from the airport. The hosts will be waiting with a sign immediately after receiving your luggage. - Private area (only you and owners). - A big kind dog. - Two beautiful cats. One is trusting, the other is cautious. - Optional: delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also really delicious pizza. - There is always the opportunity to ask the owners to buy something in the city for you (they brought me ice cream). - If you don’t have cash, don’t worry. The owners have a payment terminal. - On the third floor there is a hammock and two sun loungers under the roof. There are also sockets there - you can lie with a laptop or tablet. - The apartments themselves are very bright and clean, with everything you need. Ideal for long stays. - The center of Chakvi is ten minutes on foot. NOTES: - Nearby is a small bamboo grove. - On the street you can meet a cow and a calf. - The owners are also travelers. Ask about their adventures. Until we meet again. =]

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

Мы прекрасно отдохнули,проект скорее всего дизайнерский,потому что продумано всё, несмотря на то что комната не большая,учтено расстояние для прохода,изголовье кровати мягкое и комфортное.В комментариях кто- то жаловался на лифт,он отличный.Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый До Батуми 20 минут на такси или ходит маршрутное такси

This was our first time here, and I would say my family had a great rest. It's a peaceful place with a beautiful view of the sea and the stars at night. The apartments are clean and equipped with almost everything you need. I’d like to specifically mention that the mattresses were very comfortable for sleeping. In my opinion, Alexander did everything to make his guests' stay truly enjoyable. There are several beaches not far from the apartments. For families with small children, I recommend the beach near the Castello Mare hotel. A few restaurants are within a 10-15 minute walk, and Wolt delivery is also available.

Отличный новый дом с двумя полноценными спальнями. Отдохнули хорошо.

Cute ecofriendly lodge for country life while offering great comfort for stay! Also good base to explore the tea route, gorgeous mountains, with the perks of dipping into private river just a short walk nearby.

The place was new, it’s far from Batumi but we liked our stay, everything was clean and new, I asked for instructions to the place since the location wasn’t much of help, the owner responded quickly and provided instructions to how to reach, there was an issue with the hotel water the first day we reached, the owner did come and fixed the issue. The only down side was one of the toilets seems to preserve any smell it had and it takes long to get rid of the smell.

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist ein toller Ort, an dem man entspannen kann. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht über den Mandarinengarten und das Meer. Der einzige kleine Nachteil waren die nicht ausgeräumten Kleiderschränke, die in der Beschreibung als nutzbar angegeben waren. Ansonsten ist es eine großartige Unterkunft, zu der ich jederzeit wieder reisen würde! Vielen Dank an Elza und Murman für die schöne Zeit!!

Встретили с семьей Новый год в этом прекрасном доме. Жильё превосходит все ожидания. Абсолютно новый таунхаус только что из под ремонта. Все новое и свежее. Кровати мега удобные и комфортные. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда для длительного проживания. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый. По нашей просьбе привезли домой елку и игрушки, за что отдельная благодарность! Обязательно вернёмся сюда в следующий раз!

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to our friends. The location is peaceful, with beautiful sea views. The owners are very kind and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Спасибо Людмиле и ее семье за теплый приём! Отдельно стоящий дом, тишина по ночам и шаговая доступность к морю. Это был наш второй раз в Чакви и мы останавливались у Людмилы снова. Нас было пятеро человек, и всем хватало места (три комнаты, и каждая комната имеет отдельную ванную с душем и туалетом). мы очень довольны! Рекомендуем всем, кто ищет спокойный умиротворённый отдых!

Beka's place was exactly as described. Excellent location, right next to the park entrance, very close to the sea, and within walkable distance to all major attractions. Also, accessible by bus, if needed. Beka was very responsive to all questions and requests. Allowed us to check in a little early and leave the luggage after checking out. Instructions on how to get in and out were clear. The place is clean and nicely decorated. The balcony is large and enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you may need for cooking. The place has a washing machine, a large enough fridge, microwave, stovetop, coffee machine and kettle. Would enjoyed our stay and will be glad to visit the place again.

Провели в этой квартире неделю. Очень понравилось. Вид из окна - потрясающий! Пляж - ближе не бывает. В квартире очень комфортно находиться. Завтракали на балконе с видом на море. По вечерам иногда бывает шумно от музыки, но в основном это приятный шум волн и стрекот цикад. В следующее свое посещение планирую рассматривать эту же квартиру.

Wir hatten ein Familien-treff organisiert, jeder hatte sich ein Plätzchen gefunden. Wir waren insgesamt zu fünf mit einem Kleinkind. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum Entspannen, man hat einen freien Blick aufs Meer und schaut direkt den Sonnenuntergang entgegen. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem notwendigen Inventar ausgestattet, man kann selbst was zubereiten oder auch einer der Restaurants besuchen, die es in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen gibt. Die Inhaberin war gut erreichbar und hat uns auch schnell ein babybett organisiert. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Unterkunft zufrieden.

Tornike's place was perfect for our family. It was a stark contrast to the cramped and chaotic city in which it's situated. Batumi is fast paced and noisy, but Tornike's place was spacious and peaceful. It was a nice respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is very clean, and very large. Great living space and 2 awesome balconies (our favorite spot). Big TV for when we were bored. It's on the 4th or 5th floor, so be ready to lug your bags up stairs. The stairs had some friendly cats and dogs to greet you. The area is not that visually appealing (surrounded by lots of old apartment buildings), but it's very safe, and everyone is very friendly and kind. Only thing I would warn against is if you have small kids, there are several electrical wires sticking out of the walls, and I don't know if they're live. If you're an adult, it's no problem, but if you have small, curious children, better to beware. Tornike was a great host and always very responsive. Thanks Tornike!

Viskas buvo tiesiog tobula – apartamentai švarūs, jaukūs ir pilnai atitiko aprašymą. Vaizdas pro langą – įspūdingas, ypač vakare! Lokacija puiki – netoli jūra, parduotuvės, kavinės. Šeimininkas labai draugiškas, atsakė į visus klausimus, bendravimas buvo greitas ir sklandus. Tikrai rekomenduoju visiems, ieškantiems komfortiškos ir patikimos vietos apsistoti Batumyje. Jei grįšiu – apsistosiu vėl čia!

הגענו למקום ואנרי קיבל אותנו בשמחה הבית היה נקי והיה בו כל מה שצריך כולל מלא כלי מיטה ומגבות סבונים . אנרי התקשר מדי פעם לשאול על שלומנו וכשביקשנו סמיכות, הוא מיד הביא. מארח מצטיין

Eduardo and Tamo’s place is beautifully clean and tastefully decorated. It’s well equipped with good wifi and a lovely view of harbour and mountains. Located in an active and safe residential area and easy access to all parts of city. Other residents are very friendly and helpful. When I got trapped in the lift they quickly came to my aid and broke me out in no time. Likewise when I used one of the older locks on the flat door instead of the new lock and got locked inside the apartment, Eduardo immediately mobilised helpers and quickly got me out. Eduardo was always available, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay, nothing was too much trouble, day or night. He’s definitely the best host I’ve had in my many years of travelling. I think if they can add some safety features to the lifts and remove the obsolete door lock (which is not necessary anyway as they have new locks), then it would be one of the best places to stay long term in Batumi.
